Marco and his team are excellent and courteous! It's not easy getting rid of an old Kimball Swinger electric organ with foot pedals and bench. No donation place wants them since they don't sell well and they are difficult to pick-up/move. Plus it wasn't working properly anymore. My wife and I didn't want it to go to landfill with the electronics in it, so we were thrilled to find I-Haul. The rates are lower than other haulers in the Concord area, and they showed up exactly when scheduled - even in the rain! They were able to schedule the pick up within two days. With four guys, it almost took longer to write the check than for them to load the furniture, e-waste, and and an old barbeque. We'll be calling them again as soon as we can get our act together to do more ridding out. read more

Wow, this company is incredible. I called today and spoke with Marco ,and told him what I needed. Within an hour, he and his helper, with truck ,came over and took an old BBQ. His rate was totally reasonable. He is very personable and helpful. He also told me that his company does moving, also at a reasonable rate, which is something that I will be needing down the road. I had assumed that it was included in the price for the haul based on volume of of truck. And also to mention the potential of extra cost for very heavy items . This is a long over due review, as I was in a middle of a move & finally got internet & all that good stuff back online. Ill keep it short & sweet. From the moment I called and spoke with Marco he was easy to talk to and personable. Made an appointment for an estimate he came over and he was kinda blown back because I had alot of crap from house hold items to yard work waste (cement bags, bricks, rocks, etc..) I did tell him what I had over the phone prior but i guess its different when you look at it in person lol. He was very honest with me with his evaluation & estimate which I appreciated & was truly grateful that the price was right & that he was able to take it all, all of it. I was also in a time frame as I had to move out by a saturday & he came by with his 3 man crew on thrusday & was done in about 2 1/2 hours. Marco is very personable and flexible if your schedule is anything like mine. The prices are very reasonable and best of all you get to get rid of all that unsightly junk that you have laying around. For us it was a bunch of stuff we didn't need or want after moving. Plus in my case there was some confusion about what to take and not take away ( I had some newer looking broken items that I didn't want to keep or repair) and Marco made it a point to have his guy go back and haul it away, same day mind you.
