I accidentally set a magnetic stud finder on my old laptop and fried the motherboard(yeah i know, im a dummy). Travis is great to work with! He has helped me with several different computer issues in the past year. First, my computer had a virus and would randomly restart, and the first shop I took it to run a bunch of diagnostics but couldn't figure out the problem. Travis figured it out, fixed it, installed anti-virus software, and I didn't have another virus issue again. Then, a few months later when my computer suddenly stopped charging, Travis was able to recover important work documents and back up the entire computer on an external hard drive (which he provided as I did not have one). The most helpful part was that Travis picked up and dropped off my computer from my house on multiple occasions. Travis came to my rescue after my computer crashed. He was able to come the next day and give me my options for repair. Not only did he repair my computer, retrieve my old files and photos, and take the time to reload my printer, email, office, etc BUT he was also able to get the data off an old hard drive I had held onto after the last computer guy told me it was hopeless! My computer overheated when I was out of the house. Travis was able to diagnose my laptop to an overheated hard drive. I bought a new hard drive and he was able to switch and reinstall Windows since I lost my recovery disks. Best part about it is he was able to meet me outside my office to pick up and drop off my laptop because my lunch break is limited. My PC suddenly wouldn't allow me to log on, giving me a "User Profile Service failed the logon" error message. I checked with a couple of other places who gave me estimates of three to five days before they could even look at it. When I called I Hate Computers, Travis answered immediately and said he could get it back to me by the middle of the next day. His estimate was right on!
