THEY DO NOT USE LADDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more 12 weeks and still have yellow jackets, customer services is awful. Don't sing up with aptive they are not aloud to use ladders due to an incident, its not in their service agreement that they dont use them. If you have a nest somewhere to high they cant treat the source and your issue will persist. They will still slap you with the cancelation fee no matter what!!! I want a credit for the cancelation fee, its the principle of it, I paid the monthly fee for your service I dont feel the cancelation fee applies to me because after 12 weeks you were not able to resolve the issue, and was told throughout that you could use a ladder then when discussing cancelation im then told you don't use ladders to remove nests. If you cant do the job that is required then I shouldn't have to pay a fee. Anyine can walk around the house and sprinkle dust!!

I contacted Bed Bug Solutions because I was petrified I had bed bugs in my upstairs office. I knew…read moresomething was off about my experience though. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!

After reviewing the service report, I learned that orthoboric acid granules were used around the perimeter of my house including inside the fenced in area where my dogs could get to it.  I didnt agree to this nor do I even have knowledge it had been used.  Even more upsetting was the responses from the techs as I tried to get information on how to best treat my dog.  Saying, what was used wasnt "toxic" to dogs and they don't typically go out & eat things off the ground. My dog was ill for 5 days & on watch with my vet for dehydration. My service was indeed not pet friendly & my dog (& carpets) paid the price. I will not recommend Orkin nor use it again in the future.

I shouldn't have ants. I have one payment left on my contract (that I didn't even know I signed) and then I'm done with them. I'm going to treat the bugs myself and save a whole lot of money.
