I came in with my Samsung 4 that had been crushed by a dump truck in the middle of the highway. They ordered the parts for my phone and did a free overnight shipping. The parts came in the next day and I got my phone back that same day. The staff is super nice and were willing to fix my phone no problem. I love this place. They're the only ones I've seen who actually inform you of what's going on, and they actually keep you updated. On top of that they actually do good work on whatever device you bring in. This would be my favorite repair store in the area. Did a quick and quality batter replacement on my iPhone 7. I would give zero stars if I could. I've made over 4 visits and spent over $100 trying to get my daughter's laptop repaired and it still isn't fixed. My daughters laptop was FULLY functional when it was brought in, it just had damage to the exterior plastic. First time my husband and I brought it in, they did a "full inspection" and said it was an "easy fix" and all that was needed was a new case. We knew this. We waited a a week for the case to come in and brought the laptop back. (It's summer time and as I stated, laptop was fully functional so we didn't want to leave it with them and have it just sitting for a full week because she plays on it.) After bringing the laptop back for repair at around noon, we're told that they will call us when it's done and it'll only be a few hours. We waited. They didn't call us back and ended up closing for the day. No biggie. Sh*t happens. The day after we receive no call all day. About an hour before closing time, my husband goes into the store to check the status of this so called "easy fix." He's basically told "oh, well the laptop actually need ANOTHER part." Ok... so we order this new part that is suddenly needed and again, it's gonna take 4-5 days to come in. My husband brings the laptop back home again so my daughter can play it while we wait for this new part. The new part finally comes in and we return now for the third time. It takes them 2 days to complete this "easy fix" job. I return to pick it up, and the new casing is somehow screwed on but also looks likes it's about to fall off at the bottom. At this point, I'm just like, whatever and I planned to screw it on tighter at home. So, I stand there waiting as the associate gets me to sign the work orders and then let's me know about the new charges for the new part. I pay it, get my receipt and I drive home. Imagine my f*cking surprise after I get all the way home, that this laptop can not connect to the internet. I call the store and I ask "What's going on with the internet? It's not working..." The associate proceeds to tell me, and I'm not even f*cking joking, he says "Oh.... yeah.... I forgot to tell you when you were here that your daughter must have somehow cut the WiFi antenna cords off." First of all, this isn't just some little netbook or chrome book or whatever. This is an $900 huge gaming laptop. How in the world could you possibly forget to tell a customer that her WiFi isn't gonna work on her mf GAMING laptop. Why even allow me to waste my time driving there to pick it up knowing it's completely useless?! No one is typing papers on this. No one is writing a book. So, now I'm pissed because not only have they now wasted my time, but now they've damaged something that wasn't even damaged to begin with! I replied with "The internet worked fine before we brought it in to you. She's been playing it. It worked when it was dropped it off, and now after you've been 'repairing' it for 2 days, you want to tell me something else is suddenly broken?" I bring it back immediately... for what is now the 4th time, and Im told that THIS part is going to take 2 weeks to come in. This was early part of the last week in June. I was told the part would be in July 11th. I calmed down and told him to order it and to call me with how much it would be total for parts and repair because they were about to close. Today is Monday, July 15. Never received a phone call on price, never received a phone call saying the part was in, and honestly I doubt that guy even ordered it. Bottom line, don't use this location on Jones Creek. They charge you money and f*ck your shit up and are completely unbothered as they do it. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Horrible shipping times as far as parts. Horrible turnaround times. Just don't even bother unless you have a month and a few hundred bucks to waste while they experiment on your tech devices. read more
