I was faced with an unexpected, long road trip and needed my maintenance done....on New Year's day. I called around and no one was open....then Al called me back. He was able to do a complete brake job, replace rotors, an oil change and replace a drive belt. He also included a complete scan of your car that he doesn't upsell you but gives you the codes to take to whomever you prefer. I don't know how he finds the time but he gives you video of what he's servicing. You get the beginning, during and after videos to show the work that's being done and if he finds anything alarming. He sends the video and call you to see what action would you like to take. I have never gotten service like this and this is my 4th audi and only get audi service. He has outclassed audi customer service and I will definitely make him my personal mechanic. To get great service at a fraction of the cost is remarkable. If something needs fixed/repaired, it'll get fixed/repaired. If something doesn't need fixed, then he won't fix/repair it. And if something was fixed/repaired then he will explain everything that was done and show you the replaced or broken parts. No trumped up or bloated charges. As long as I am in this area I will always take my vehicles to Craig and his crew. As a place to get a state inspection or get some work done I highly recommend this shop, they will take great care of you!

As a single divorced woman, it is difficult to gauge if you are being scammed or being taken care of - this not my filed of expertise and I have no desire to become "fluent" in this arena. I realized that this was my mechanic for good, when I owned a 2010 MKX and I had repeatedly taken my car to the shop for an odor compliant... Not only did I cough up over $600.00 or more over a period of 4yrs, but the problem was never ever solved. When I met Ernest and I explained my issue. I told him, "If you can solve this problem you will not only earn my trust, but my business as well. He did just that!!! It was a dirty air filter in the glove compartment that had never been changed - ever! And.., who ever drove my car - sales man - I presumed because it was brand new, -1,500 miles or so, that was the one filter that was never changed, it smelled smoky. Talk about "happy dancing and but furious. Oh well...! Live and learn and go on with life! And....., ladies and gents this is your mechanic for life!

In almost every way they offer a premium experience that falls in line with the Land Rover brand. Vic is the owner and the service is performed by a group of ex-dealer mechanics who really do know their stuff. Greg has been particularly helpful and every one of them has taken the time to show me the problems that needed fixing and/or what they had done. The downside that cost them one star is that Vic has suggested components to me in the past that I happened to know were not the likely culprit for the symptoms I had been experiencing. I don't believe this was done at all maliciously or fraudulently- but instead it was a bit of hearing footsteps and looking for zebras instead of horses. There were better places to start than replacing the whole shuttle valve assembly when your ABS/Traction/Hill Decent lights come on. But- all of his work is factory/dealership quality... and he and his team follow the factory/dealer book. You are paying less for labor (moderately) and less for parts, but the moral of the story is- it's still expensive. I recommend this shop to anyone that is out of LR Warranty and is still going to the dealer for ANYTHING... this is your first step towards liberation. Land Rover- Goes anywhere, slowly.

These guys work on Land Rovers and Mini's only. And thank god they do. The mechanics definitely know what's going on, what the best course of action is, and best of all - will explain and physically show you the issues. They'll discuss best maintenance practices, what you'll need to fix now vs. what can wait. They aren't cheap, but I haven't felt ripped off like I do when I go to the dealers. I do somewhat go by you pay for what you get - and this is quality work. These guys are knowledgable, courteous, and competent - and I'm willing to pay a little more for to have it done correctly the first time.
