The pickup area is clearly marked and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not their fault that the website was being weird, but it was a little frustrating to have to go in since I'm recovering from an ankle injury. Susan also advised me to first wait for them to order a sample tile before I placed my order and advised me that the sample should be in in a few weeks. Two months later, when I had heard nothing back, called in. After finally getting past their terrible voicemail system that constantly told me it had not yet been set up so no messages could be left, I finally spoke with salesperson who told me Susan would get back to me in a few days. Two weeks later, still no call back, left both a voicemail message and sent email to Susan's attention. Now one month after that, still no call back, no reply to the email... nothing. What a huge waste of my time and a needless delay of two months for no reason whatsoever. Fortunately, I wrote down the tile manufacturer's name and was able to finally contact the manufacturer directly to proceed with my order.

The entire process was very easy and Cindi kept me updated constantly about the timing of the shipping and installation..they even stored it there until I was ready.
