UNRELIABLE SCHEDULING! I've heard good things about Lisa. I decided to give her a try to save a few bucks over my usual expensive salon. I called 1 week in advance and spoke with her directly on the phone. She said she doesn't work on Monday so I scheduled the appointment for Tuesday. I showed up on time on Tuesday for my appointment and expecting a great haircut. Lo and behold Lisa was not there! Her co-worker said it was her off day. WTF? Lisa doesn't even know her own schedule! How was that for first impression? I just spent a wasted trip over this scheduling screw up. Very disappointed and totally unprofessional! It's hard to leave a barber you've been accustomed with most of your life. I recently left my 7 year barber once all of my friends recommended getting my haircut by Lisa. I've been going to her for over a year now and she's always on point with my hair. You know it's done right when you can just get it cut the same day you plan to go out! She knows what's "in" right now and she can either make recommendations for you or cut it the way you want. She's the best at her job and I trust her completely with my hair! read more

Amazing customer service and very great talent with hair cuts, I came into The location around 11-12 on a Tuesday, and was handled by a young amazing lady by the name of "Tina" not sure if she was learning or if she's been doing this hair cuts for sometime, reason I say that is because man did she take her time, she was great at making small talk also went the extra mile on trimming my beard and giving me a amazing tapper, I used to drive to Anaheim (live in Santa Ana) for a hair cut that would of cost me double the price for what she did, the atmosphere is very mellow the music was great (today's hits, EDM) as well I loved that I paid only 25 bucks for a hair cut and to get a "wet towel" service, so of course I had to tip her 5.00 well deserve hair cut. Wait time: 2-4mins tops. Hair cut time: 45mins. First time was a quick SportsClips haircut. Second time I thought I would try a straight razor shave. Bad idea after spending about 5 minutes stopping me from bleeding out. First off , the Vietnamese lately is way to nosy asking about my life and have to many suggestions for me to do with my life. 2nd she wants to hook me up With her sister from Vietnam and wants to get my number after. This is the preferred barber shop for my son, he loves getting his cuts from Brian but when his not available or has a long line waiting for him he likes the lady with the long hair(can't recall her name) they girls are really nice and sweet try their best to move along but at times the wait is so long that is why I give a 4 star other then that its a place to get a great cut for a reasonable amount. read more

This place is a joke. When I sat down I told the hairdresser. I wanted haircut, shampoo and shave. Ready to spend $50 for the full treatment. The haircut went fine. Then someone came in and the hairdresser told them just a few minutes. She started the shave and did about 2 inches of my sideburns and then just stopped. I asked about the shave and shampoo and she said she didn't have time to do it. She says she has an appointment. I had about 6 days of a beard going and she ran me out looking like an idiot with a half shaven face. I tried to say something else and she said I will do it for you next time. Are you kidding me. NEXT TIME. You will never see me again. I actually would have been fine if she had asked someone else to finish but instead I got the GET OUT of here I have an appointment. read more

First time getting hair cut in this place. . Excellent service. .just when walking in myself and my son, we were well come, me were asked to get something to drink while waiting. My kid looked at me like.. is he kidding? , but he pointed the fridge and said help yourself there is water and coke they are free for customers. When he asked me how would I like my haircut, I explained and paid special attention, then while cutting he was checking If it was going ok...well He did a perfect job. At the end He used a hot towel to clean up my neck after shaved. .Nice Service, Ending With A Neck Massage. I Barber Rocks!!! 1st off let me tell you I have used the same barber for the last 15 years. I am very picky and when I find a service I like and feel comfortable I'm very loyal. About a year ago I changed jobs and now I'm in Tustin. I really needed a hair cut and I Barber had great reviews on Yelp. Fast forward a year and Brian Lee and his staff treats me like a king. There is no consistency in this place, go there and someone different is ready to ruin your hair everytime. Cheap but quality is really bad, just had some guy completely ruin my hair now I have to wait months for it to grow back. Would not even recommend even if your trying to save money on a hait cut. I got my haircut here about 2 days ago and what can I say other than don't come here, when I was getting my haircut the barber there was looking at me weirdly the whole time and didn't have a steady hand at all, I had asked for a low taper (simple haircut) and he didn't even know where to start from. Once he did start to cut he was all over the place and ended up cut part of my eyebrow. When I confronted him he denied and denied although the proof was right there in front of him then admits to doing it by saying "it'll grow back" He looked around talked to the other two women there mocked me then looked at me without saying anything. I then got my haircut done by someone else and that haircut wasn't even done properly either. It seems when the boss isn't there the other "barbers" don't take the job too seriously. Throughout my haircut the barber kept talking about me and pointing at times. I felt really uncomfortable. So please double think before you come here. read more

I cannot get express my anger and frustration with this place. This place has changed so much in the most negative way possible. Since my last review from the last two years all of their decent and relatively good barbers have left. The only decent ones left are the two in the front. Their hiring is nepotism without any skill. The two old Asians guys in the back are the worst. I had gone in and had a bad experience with the back right one and rejected his offer to cut my hair, so I waited for a different one. He stormed out of the store after the rejection and came back to talk in his native language to his buddy in the back. He finished and he began cutting my hair. He deliberately cut my hair bad and he can't even understand English. I asked him for one inch off, and cut my hair to 1 inch. I really didn't feel welcome when I walked in and I don't know why I bothered to have anything done. There was nothing resembling a welcome. It almost seemed as though I was and irritation to the guy at the front desk. I seriously walked in, walked out and then just let necessity get the best of me. I don't want to give them a negative, but I didn't have that much done and even though what the woman did was fine, I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone who doesn't speak her language. A haircut is something you have to live with for a while and I like to be able to communicate my wants and needs with my barber. I found it frustrating that I could not communicate with the her because she didn't speak English and the guy who was at the desk, who was now cutting someone else's hair, was having to interpret for her at the same time (poorly). I did my best to give directions using hand signals but had to pull away as I felt the clippers creeping into areas I didn't want touched. read more
