Once through security there is one waiting room for the two gates. Although gates is a fancy way of saying doors because you walk directly onto the runway and to your plane. Security was very thorough. They pulled both my bags and the guys that was behind me. They found nothing in my backpack of interest but took my face wash from my suitcase, which had made it through Ft. Lauderdale just fine. They spent several minutes rechecking the x-ray footage a couple times, so I can see where this can get backed up if they pull a ton of bags. Once through security your only food option is a small kiosk from the pizza place offering pizza, popcorn, snacks and drinks. The good thing about this airport is the route from FLL is not super popular so both flights were only half full with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

I was a little taken back, but decided to call back as requested. I ordered lunch for 25 people for a company quarterly meeting. He took my name, address, meeting location... Said he would call on the morning of the meeting to confirm and get my credit card information. At 10:40 I called to confirm the order. He said I have nothing going out today. He asked who I talked to, I advised David, he said well that's me and I must have missed it. I asked what they could do, because I have a meeting room full of people, and he replied with nothing. He did not offer to correct this in any way or make any offers to fix his mistake. We ordered last minute from Jimmy Johns, and they were very accommodating for a last minute large order...
