My husband and I stayed here for a week in March 2025. I booked with Booking.com. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the hotel and the room. We requested a room with a balcony which was lovely and we had a view as we looked at our balcony. There was the Eiffel Tower towards the right side. The room was a bit small but adequate for our needs and we loved going downstairs for breakfast or having it delivered to our room in the morning fresh pastries, strong, cappuccinos, and yogurt and fruit. I just love the tassel keychain with the key that you would leave at the front desk when you would go out and of course, the leopard wall-to-wall rug in the room and the marble bath. The bed was very comfortable too, and we slept with our balcony door open to the sounds and the fresh air of Paris in March. read more

This hotel is close to everything. I wish I had known about it sooner from all my previous Paris Trips. I use to spend a lot money at 5 star hotels just to be close to this location. Hotel West-end is a boutique hotel. The staff is amazing and provides a lot of attention detail. The Staff remembers your name. The price a night is beyond resonable with balcony views. To be close to all the shopping on Montaigne Ave is priceless. I barely took any Ubers because it was in walking distance to all my idea places and restaurants. The stuff and maneger were unprefessional, all time tracking us, following by camers, it was annoying! I had never seen such attitude in other countries and hotels, and I'm travelling a lot,- descrimination against other nations and guests from other countreis! Very bad experience! Nearby there are so many hotels with more affordable prices and better staff, more comfortable! For two peaople the gave only one blanket, after I asked for the second one, they gave the second one, and after two days, they took off the blanket from the cover, folded twice, so I should not be able to use it, and I put it back in the cover !!! One of the best decisions I've made is to stay in this hotel. Location and impeccable service is the reason for the stars. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by their staff who speaks english. All of their staff seem to be very fluent with the language so communication was never an issue. For some reason, we were immediately upgraded to a balcony room making the arrival extremely pleasant. Which was what we needed after our flight got delayed. The room was a good size for two people, clean and well kept. The Hermes toiletries are changed and replaced every room cleaning and we were never worried with our belongings being disturbed. They serve breakfast in your room as long as you give notice before 5am by hanging the menu outside your door. Quite easy and convenient to use. They are also located by Champs Elysees and is within walking distance to the shopping areas. I dont know about you but this was a good idea for me! Lol well, pretty much a lot of the places to see are close if you dont mind a 20-30 min walk. You also wont have a problem finding food from the hotel since they are surrounded with plenty of places to eat. A few of which includes Le Relais de Entrecote which serves steak and fries. Anyway, there are plenty of pros and not much cons, if there are any at all, when you decide to stay At The West End but I dont want to spoil the rest of the excitement. Just come to Paris and stay with them, you will not be disappointed. Wish I could've brought my Griffin as pets are welcome! read more

Oh this beautiful little hotel..... I dream about going back. This boutique hotel is on a beautiful and quiet street near all the elite shopping in Paris. The breakfast is incredible, the rooms are SPACIOUS! We stayed here in August of 2016 and it was our first time in Paris. What. A. Treat!! I cannot imagine going back and staying anywhere else! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Paris. As you might know, Paris is full of not so great but still fairly expensive hotels that in reality doesn't exactly look as in the pictures on the web. But; The West End was perfect. Really. Bathroom was brand new, clean and spacious. The room was beautiful, and oh so clean. The breakfast was good (it's France, you don't get egg and bacon, you get continental breakfast) Service and ambiance was perfect. The lobby and the bar area was beautiful. And the location couldn't be better, close to Champs Elysees but still in a quiet street. All that is hard to find in a parisian hotel, trust me, but here it is. read more

We have stayed here twice now and both of our experiences haven't been nothing short of amazing! Both times we requested a room with a balcony Eiffel Tower view and we were lucky enough to get it both times! We have stayed in the superior room and the standard room. No complaints about either of them! We had plenty of space in both rooms for a weeks stay. Hotel employees: they are incredible! Very accommodating and they speak English very well. The breakfast is also a nice perk. I love the croissants and meats/cheeses. I looked forward to it every morning! If you are considering staying here, do it. You will not regret it! The location is also great! Short walk to the metro and several other big tourist sites. read more

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. This was our first visit to Paris for 4 nights. We were able to prepay for the room and got the 4th night for free. We requested a room with an Eiffel Tower view and a large baths tub. The room we received had both. It was incredibly clean, charmingly decorated and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The balcony was beautiful. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Bathroom complete with bidet, high quality toilet paper, shower/tub, towel warmer, robes and window open to terrace. We opted to have breakfast delivered to the room and ate on the terrace most mornings. The food is simple but delicious. The staff are incredibly accommodating. I felt very safe at all times and the staff went above and beyond. Would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely come back. Merci! read more

Tucked away on a quiet side street just steps away from the very busy Champs-Élysées, Hotel West End served as our refuge at the end of a hectic eight day honeymoon/sightseeing/shopping tour of Paris. My brother and sister-in-law called the hotel and arranged for chilled champagne and macaroons to be in our room ahead of our arrival and I must say it was a nice touch and very accommodating of them to do so. The staff were very friendly, attentive and always helpful. Being from Canada, we forgot to bring an adapter for our cell phone chargers, but of course they had one available that they kindly loaned us throughout the duration of our stay. The breakfast included was better than expected, with a wide variety of items to choose from (cereal, fruit, pastries, bread, prosciutto etc) . We never left the hotel hungry, and were on some days, the best meal we had eaten! On our last night we stayed in an upgraded room and it was just perfect. In the morning, they arranged a taxi to bring us to the airport, and we arrived in plenty of time to catch our flight. If you're looking for a tastefully decorated boutique hotel in central Paris, look no further. read more

Oh my. This hotel was divine! As soon as you enter you can see how beautiful the hotel is. The staff is so sweet. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. I love this hotel!! We will stay here every time we return to Paris! The pros: - location location location! Within a 10 minute walk: the Seine, wonderful bistros and cafes, and all the shopping you could ever want (Chanel, Prada, Fendi, Max Mara, Valentine, Chloe, Louis Vuitton, and more! 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower - very clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was a small queen but so comfortable with luxurious linens - excellent water pressure in the shower - Hermes toiletries in the room? Yes please! - We were on the 2nd floor and had a cute little balcony (a small one, not with a table) and a view of a charming side street - the staff is lovely and cordial. They speak English if you need it. - perhaps the best perk? Breakfast is complimentary - even if you want it brought to your room! We had baguettes and croissants and cappuccinos each morning in our room while we relaxed in the bathrobes and slippers available. Heaven! Small cons: - the hair dryers shut off after a certain amount of use. I had to dry my hair for about 7 mins, then wait about 30 mins for it to start working again. - our room was very hot (in February) and the AC didn't seem to work. We slept with the window open a crack and were very comfortable Good to know: - some booking sites list that this hotel "provides an airport shuttle." While they WILL book one for you, its €65, about €15 more than a cab. - need a SIM card for your cell phone while you're here? Go to Orange on the Champs-Elysées about 15 mins away. For about €60, you can get a SIM card with plenty of data, texts, and calls for a week. Great way to avoid roaming charges :) read more

I loved my stay here! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris and I would absolutely return here. The staff was beyond friendly, from checking in, to cleaning the rooms, breakfast in the morning and helping suggest dining recommendations for a true Parisian experience! The staff was also very accommodating with helping get tickets to museums and attractions. The room was very spacious, we had a beautiful little balcony, and the bathroom was also very spacious. While it was November and cold outside it was still great to open the "window door" and have the little balcony area to get some air. There were bath robes, slippers, iron and ironing board, extra pillows already in the room closet, bath salt and fresh towels everyday. The location of the hotel is beyond perfect! We were never too far away from any of the attractions. Were from New York and no stranger to walking but even if we used an Uber the location seemed to be in the center of it all. Great stay in a gem hotel in a very convenient location. Adorable hotel, rooms on the smaller size but decent for Paris standards and Hermes toiletries make for a very pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a French dream, filled with croissants, bread, fresh fruits, yogurts, cheese, meat, dried fruits and plenty of other assorted mini-pastries. Absolutely charming! The perfect Parisian experience!! This smaller hotel is within a few blocks of the Champs Elysees and the Alma Marceau or Franklin Roosevelt metro station stops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When you enter there is a guest sitting room with an honor bar available. As you pass into the hotel toward the stairs and elevators, you will pass the cute and quaint breakfast room. The hotel provides a very traditional French continental breakfast every morning. If you have teens, you may wish to plan on a mid-morning second breakfast as my sons were hungry a short time later. However, the breakfast is lovely and most kids and adults will be very satisfied with the cheeses, breads, yogurts, fruits and cereal type options. Our room was on the second landing so we used the stairs. The hotel provides you with a large metal, decorative key that you check in and out as you enter and leave the hotel. We had a triple room but our room was actually a two room suite with a large closet, 1 and a half baths, a sitting area with desk and a bedroom divided by a half wall and two large french door type windows. The room was beautifully decorated in a traditional provincial floral theme. There was wifi in the rooms and a small safe. Very clean and relaxing! It really felt like home!! The staff were very helpful in providing directions, guidance and transportation. They arranged early morning airport transport for us as well. Additionally, the hotel was very responsive to email questions asked in advance of our stay which was appreciated. This hotel is very centrally located and a wonderful base in Paris! One note on transportation - taxis in Paris often say they take credit cards but demand cash upon arrival so plan on having Euros available. read more

Quintessential, charming, beautiful! Basically located in the "Beverly Hills" of Paris, just blocks away from all your high-end stores. We booked a double-superior room and it was spacious and had a very comfortable King bed. We loved the boutique feel of this hotel and loved all the details and accents/decor. Service was superb, everyone was very professional and friendly. If you ask for anything, someone will bring it up right away. We enjoyed breakfast every morning- lots of amazing pastries and croissants, cured meats, cheeses, amazing coffee, juice, etc. I think only the 5th floor has a true balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy your wine. Problem is, they can't guarantee that you'll get the room you request. Many rooms offer views of the Eiffel Tower, but it's only a 15 minute walk away so you can go see it up-close and personal instead! They also have an "honest bar" in their beautiful lobby where you can pour yourself drinks! read more

Beautiful. Very easy check in and check out. The rooms were absolutely perfect. The luggage was held for us until a room was ready when we came back our luggage was brought to our room all we needed was the key. Which is an old school skeleton key. It was like being in a classical movie. They also have an honesty bar in the main lobby. It's definitely for respectful clientele. The breakfast was quaint and fresh and my fiancé claims it to be the best coffee he's ever had in his life. The most exciting thing for me HERMES PRODUCTS!!! Great location tucked away in the business district however walking distance to the tower. It's hard to believe the cost of the rooms weren't more this is definitely a very posh place. I found you can't trust internet reviews. We stayed at this hotel in June 2016 celebrating our 25th anniversary. We experienced a very awkward experience when we were leaving. The night before we were due to leave I paid the resort tax at the front desk. When we were waiting for our transportation to the airport the desk clerk went Beserk, saying that we needed to pay those charges. I told her I paid the previous night on my AMEX. She called the night clerk at home. He told her I paid. WTF. Not professional. Also I enjoyed most of the staff however some folks on the staff from Eastern Europe are arrogant. I think the reviews I found online are fake and misleading. I worked in Paris near La Defence if I come to Paris again I will stay there. The porter from Senegal was great. Hope you don't get stuck on the sixth floor facing the front the view is a empty building with a pigeon roost. The toiletries are not worth it. Bring your own they would be just as good. read more
