We reached out to a handyman, a big local fence company and Dividing Lines for estimates. The big local fence company said can't repair, just replace the whole back fence for $$$. The handyman couldn't guarantee that he could do the work and have the back gate work correctly. Mike at Dividing Lines was responsive. Came out and said he could replace the back to posts and fix the sagging gate at a fair price. He communicated great, did a great job on the repair. Highly recommend!

First insurance inspector did the drone thing. Took 4 hours. He found $600 in damage. Tyler requested another "get on the roof " inspection. Progressive agreed. Again Tyler accompanied the inspector. This resulted in approval. 541's crew arrived at my house on a drissley cold day @ 0700 hrs. All Hispanic. I have never seen a bunch of guys work with so little conversation. Each person seemed to know exactly what their job was without being supervised. The last installer left @ 1900 hrs. Job completed!Their cleanup left with no evidence of their ever being anything done to my house. This is a Class A1 company with great business ethics.

They do amazing work, are always on time, beyond fair in price, and left our place sparkling clean even cleaning OUR mess! Who does that? They are also very kind, honest and courteous! They helped us decide what would look best and designed our home from the ground up, even making us custom cabinets, river rock fireplace and custom tile work! It's crazy because it's just the two of them and they are faster and more professional than other companies with a lot of employees! We highly recommend these guys and will use them again for any projects we have in the future, IF we can even get them- they are busy!

In less than 3 years concrete curbing has deteriorated in many areas. I have called this business…read more12 times and have NEVER received a response. This issue appears to be a bad batch of concrete which is not our fault. There were other issues with them that we overlooked but this is a major issue and that at least calls for a return call. Based on their lack of following up on our complaint I would recommend not using them.

It needed drilling for it to attach correctly. They are less than two miles from me. I called them and they had technician available to come over promptly. Two men came over (I am sorry that I forgot their names) and they helped the plumber 'brainstorm' how to install it without drilling. But this is the best part- THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME! What a great company. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I strongly recommend using them.
