The staff is good, they tend to stay out of the way, which is great, but are still attentive when needed. Once my kid lost one of her socks in the foam pit and I was expecting to have to purchase a new set of socks, but they traded her one in for a new pair, which I thought was really nice. I've never used any other features there (they have a snack bar, laser tag, offer parties, and a variety of "special events," etc.) but not intentionally.

We opted for the Super Hero room as the kids were familiar with them. It proved to be challenging, collaborative and a good time. There was pandemonium as we all tried to decipher clues. It was time well spent with our grandkids and I loved how they got into the spirit of the challenges. They want to go back to tackle another adventure. We shall return!

The lady we who checked us in was super kind and friendly. Then, she gave us just the right amount of hints so that we could solve the puzzles before the time ran out. The CSI: Rochester room was fun and creative, and it was great in terms of an interesting escape room with fun puzzles. If you are considering going to an Unraveled Escape Room, I think you should. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING This rental company is not very…read morecustomer oriented. I booked chairs from them for my wedding that happens to be on a Sunday. One week before the event, they emailed me wanting to drop them off Friday since they said they're close on the weekends. I had too much on my plate, so I wasn't able to check my email that week. Friday came, and that's the only time someone tried to reach out to me saying their delivery guys were already at the venue. When I clarified it with their customer service, she blamed me for not checking my email they sent 1 WEEK PRIOR TO MY EVENT. They said they can deliver it to me on Sunday with additional inconvenience cost! HAD I KNOWN THIS INFORMATION, I WILL NOT BOOK WITH THEM SINCE I ONLY HAVE THE VENUE RENTED FOR THE DAY. After complaining and arguing to the very rude manager, he finally resigned and said it was a miscommunication, and they will be delivering it for free. However, given the stress they put on me, I didn't want to deal with them anymore as they seem to be not very reliable. I asked for a refund, but they said they're not doing refunds, and they only give credits/gift cash. I will only get married once, and given my bad experience, I don't think I'll ever attempt to use that gift card anymore. So, there goes my money down the drain since their contract isn't really flexible to their customer's needs, but ONLY THEIR OWN GREED. Giving poor customer service and not disclosing important information before the purchase like delivery time, then saying you can't refund if you cancel is just pure DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Plus, the chairs were not even wiped ready for the next customers. They wanted to get free storage for the weekend and gaslighted me again and again saying other previous customers were okay with it. We ended up getting another supplier who rented the chairs for a cheaper price with better quality. Overall, it was very disappointing!
