We opted for the Super Hero room as the kids were familiar with them. It proved to be challenging, collaborative and a good time. There was pandemonium as we all tried to decipher clues. We had the blind leading the blind. We really appreciated the help we got along the way or we would still be there. It was time well spent with our grandkids and I loved how they got into the spirit of the challenges. They want to go back to tackle another adventure. We shall return!

The lady we who checked us in was super kind and friendly. Then, she gave us just the right amount of hints so that we could solve the puzzles before the time ran out. The CSI: Rochester room was fun and creative, and it was great in terms of an interesting escape room with fun puzzles. If you are considering going to an Unraveled Escape Room, I think you should. We had a blast and I hope you do too!

The staff is good, they tend to stay out of the way, which is great, but are still attentive when needed. Once my kid lost one of her socks in the foam pit and I was expecting to have to purchase a new set of socks, but they traded her one in for a new pair, which I thought was really nice. I've never used any other features there (they have a snack bar, laser tag, offer parties, and a variety of "special events," etc.) but not intentionally.
