Terrible customer service. We've tried to support the business several times over the last 6 months…read moreon various days of the week to find it unexpectedly closed when the website says it is open i.e. Wednesday/Thursday evenings. Other times we've been able to play but there is just one person in charge of cooking, waiting tables, and serving the bays. No way is that effective customer service. Just today I called several times to get no answer. So we showed up hoping to play and the girl said nope, we're full when there was an open bay. I realize it was reserved in the next 20 minutes but it is frustrating that I called to check on availability and no one answered! How hard is it to answer the phone? To at least give people a heads up that they're full for the evening. So we drove 30 minutes to not be able to play. I'd really like to support your business as we are a big golfing family but we have keep having bad experiences. I'm super disappointed!
