They told me what I should and could order for my event and they knew I was watching my expenses. As my event grew, they allowed me to call numerous times to check and see if I was correct in my planning. We then ordered a bigger tent as they suggested. It was perfect. I found them to be accurate, and prompt. They created a beautiful tent on my property and 60 people attended. We did not require heaters but we did keep the sides down on the tent. It was 60 degrees. We ordered Italian lights, a dance floor, round tables and banquet tables. I bought my own linens. I borrowed IKEA panels and hung those to make it prettier. The only thing I didn't like was when they took the tent down and I no longer had it on my property. Good memories!

We opted for the Super Hero room as the kids were familiar with them. It proved to be challenging, collaborative and a good time. There was pandemonium as we all tried to decipher clues. It was time well spent with our grandkids and I loved how they got into the spirit of the challenges. They want to go back to tackle another adventure. We shall return!

The lady we who checked us in was super kind and friendly. Then, she gave us just the right amount of hints so that we could solve the puzzles before the time ran out. The CSI: Rochester room was fun and creative, and it was great in terms of an interesting escape room with fun puzzles. If you are considering going to an Unraveled Escape Room, I think you should. They are very new and upcoming but from start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were very good. The photobooth setup was a bit on the long side, but they did prepare us ahead of time. They come about an hour before to set everything up. So it was kinda cool to watch the process happen. Since they are so new, we just made our own backdrop. I know now that they are starting to get more backdrops. I took a look at their website and it's sooo cute! The quality of the photos was exceptional--clear, vibrant, and perfect! They made a cute design for my event. They offered a variety of fun props that kept our guests entertained and we also added our own props too. What really stood out was Andy who is super friendly and helpful attitude. He made everyone feel comfortable and ensured everything ran smoothly. He answered all my dumb silly questions I had throughout the day. Booking Med City Moments was one of the best decisions we made!!! They truly helped create lasting memories for me and my friends. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photobooth company. P.S I actually tried booking them again for my Galentines Day event and they were already booked for that day. So I know for a fact that they are getting their book filled for 2025. BOOK ASAP if you know the date you want the photo-booth. I'll definitely be working with them again for future events!
