I was tasked with something I have never done before and Majestic was a really good company to deal with. They told me what I should and could order for my event and they knew I was watching my expenses. As my event grew, they allowed me to call numerous times to check and see if I was correct in my planning. We then ordered a bigger tent as they suggested. It was perfect. I found them to be accurate, and prompt. They created a beautiful tent on my property and 60 people attended. We did not require heaters but we did keep the sides down on the tent. It was 60 degrees. We ordered Italian lights, a dance floor, round tables and banquet tables. I bought my own linens. I borrowed IKEA panels and hung those to make it prettier. Delivery and pick up were great....BUT ....the price of linens was way more costly than indicated in the phone conversation. When I requested to change to the original order I was told they were already ordered and too bad couldn't be changed. Cost was hundreds of dollars more! Shady selling practice. Next it took 10 months to receive the follow up bill and I was given so many excuses as to why it took them 10 months to follow up. Be VERY CAREFUL with dealing with the selling and payment of your order. Check over your original invoice carefully and be sure you are paying for what you ordered. We ordered tents, tables, and linens for our wedding ceremony/reception. They were very helpful with figuring out what we needed. When we realized we needed another table for food, they were very quick to go get us another one. Steve also went above and beyond by offering pipes and drapes that weren't on the original invoice and took the time to get them set up that very same day. We hosted our son's wedding at our home, and called Majestic to provide tent, tables and chairs. Steve and Lisa were incredibly easy to work with, communicated well / promptly, and left us with confidence that what we needed would be delivered on time, without us needing to worry about any of it. They gracefully re-quoted for us as our needs changed, and called a few days before to confirm the arrangement. Their service, setup, and take-down was top-notch, worry-free, and met our needs perfectly. Their equipment was high-quality, sturdy, affordable and looked great. Steve and Lisa definitely go the extra mile to make sure their client's needs are met. I will say that they are very helpful when you are initially booking the tents. Thank you for that! However my contract stated I was supposed to receive a heated tent for my event - the tent heaters began to blow cold air, people started complaining and leaving. By the time the technicians came out, the event was pretty much over. I was promised a follow up call 3 times on multiple occasions, from multiple people and still have not heard a thing. Its been over a month. I am taking this up with MasterCard. I paid $2500 for a heated tent....Yet got a tent that blew cold air and made us lose people. The ironic part was that when we booked they told us 2 heaters were excessive. Turns out they were wrong. Not to mention the set up of the heating systems. The venting was literally held together with jammed in clips. Very, Very Disappointed. read more

We used this company to rent the dance floor for our wedding at the Mayowood Stone Barn in Rochester. They were very helpful and an easy vendor to work with. I was very happy that I could count on them. They set up the dance floor and removed it after our use. read more
