Phenomenal service from start to finish. I called and Tracy was able to accommodate an evening appointment the same day. She's a total pro. Her application was flawless and the color she chose for me was so amazing. I was worried about being too dark or too Orange especially with my Asian skin tone. Luckily, she nailed it. It's exactly what I asked for, and my pictures ended up being beyond amazing because of the spraytan. To be honest, a tan always makes me feel slimmer, so I'm so glad Tracy took care of me. Her services are mobile so she actually showed up at my hotel for my convenience. Um hello, GLOW ON THE GO?! Say no more. The woman at the front desk was nice, helpful, and patient as I asked my questions of years past (will I turn orange? how long should it set?). I come from the generation of laying in tanning beds and regretting it later so a newer spray tan machine that doesn't leave you looking orange is totally a dream. The machine is clean (it self-cleans after use!) and the room itself is comfy albeit a bit small but enough space to put your stuff and prep for the tan. Session was done in a matter of minutes and I was on my way, Depending on how long this tan lasts, I'll decide if I want to signup for a membership.

They admitted it must've been the mistake of the person at the desk that day, but then told me until I paid the past due balance of $123 I could not use their services. No attempt to repair it or call management. Just let a customer of several years walk right out the door never to return. There are better places. My advice is to choose one of those.
