Just got my hair done there this weekend. Susanne was wonderful and I love the location...close to Old Town and Route 1.

This review is WAY over due. Where do I even begin? Ashley is amazing. She is patient, honest, 110%…read moreconfident in everything she does. She absolutely LOVES her job AND her clients! I set out this past year to find someone I can trust; someone to help get me to where I want to be with my skin/face. I have struggled for YEARS with acne and pigmentation issues. I've lost collagen too and my goal was to feel confident again in my skin. I have ALWAYS wanted to just throw on concealer, touch of powder, mascara and be done. I have accomplished all that and MORE with Ashley! I first met Ashley virtually (because covid) in February 2021. We briefly spoke and I immediately set up an in person appt for Botox. At my initial consultation/appt, I loved how Ashley was SO confident. She will tell you the pros, cons, possible issues, etc. She will also let you know if you are NOT the perfect candidate for a procedure. She doesn't just sell stuff to her clients to make money. She truly cares about her clients and only wants the best for them! I am SUPER picky with my face (as anyone should be because, IT'S YOUR FACE) and I would 110% trust Ashley with it. After multiple microneedlings, Botox, chemical peels and most importantly a CONSISTENT skin care routine, I can say that I only wear concealer, powder and mascara...all because of Ashley. Skincare is an investment!! Not just an expense. Book your appt with Ashley NOW! You will not regret it.

Ms. Lauretta is lovely and seemed very experienced in light and tension relief massages. The place is clean, cozy and front desk kindly offered me refreshing water. Got lucky with free street parking right in front. Everything about today's massage experience felt good and will be back soon.

1 Star -- Absolutely Terrible Customer Service…read more I called Fountains Day Spa to schedule several treatments for my girlfriend's birthday weekend. I was looking forward to surprising her with a nice spa day and was prepared to spend several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, the way I was treated over the phone was unbelievable. The woman I spoke with was rude and abrupt almost from the beginning. She repeatedly reminded me about their 100% cancellation fee. I told her several times that I understood the policy and had absolutely no problem with it, but she just kept bringing it up. She then asked if we were new customers. I told her yes and mentioned the 15% new-client discount advertised on their website. I was literally reading the promotion directly from their website while speaking with her. It clearly explains that the discount applies to one full-priced service and cannot be combined with other offers. Nowhere on that page does it say the discount is only available Tuesday through Thursday. She told me that restriction was listed somewhere else on their website. When I questioned why it wasn't clearly stated with the advertised promotion, she acknowledged that their website needed to be corrected. I simply asked if they would honor what was advertised. She flat-out refused. What bothered me most wasn't even the discount. It was her attitude. She became increasingly rude, kept cutting me off, and acted like I was wasting her time just by asking questions. Then she snapped at me, basically asking, "Are you going to book it or not?" I remained polite and respectful throughout the entire conversation. I never raised my voice, never became disrespectful, and wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. When I finally told her I wasn't comfortable booking an appointment after being treated that way, she abruptly hung up on me. Seriously? That's how you treat someone calling to spend several hundred dollars at your business? I have no idea whether I was speaking with the owner, manager, or receptionist, but whoever it was should not be handling customers that way. I was simply trying to plan something special for my girlfriend's birthday. Instead, I got an unpleasant phone call with someone who seemed more concerned about cancellation fees and collecting money than providing decent customer service. I'm not reviewing their actual spa treatments because we never got that far. I'm reviewing how I was treated as a first-time customer trying to make a reservation. Businesses can have whatever policies they choose, but they should clearly communicate them and treat customers with respect. And if your own website has incorrect promotional information, don't take that frustration out on the customer asking about it. Fountains Day Spa didn't lose my business over a 15% discount. They lost it because of how I was treated. I certainly wouldn't recommend booking a special occasion here based on my experience. I'll gladly spend my money somewhere that actually appreciates its customers.

It was my second time getting them, the first was not here, so be warned that I don't have a lot of basis for comparison. The first round I got left me with this weird thing where about 1-1.5mos after, if I rubbed my forehead, it would wrinkle up like I was starting to cry. They also wore off after about 2.5 months, which was close to the 2 months they mentioned, but kind of disappointing considering the cost. With those previous negatives in mind, the facility was nice and peaceful, they have a cute waiting area with magazines where you can hang out after and wait for the swelling to go down. Cathy was really nice and didn't point out other flaws on my face or suggest tons of other procedures she thought I needed. This was in June so I don't know how long they'll last, but so far so good. I have natural movement but don't have creases on my forehead with makeup settled in them, which is what was annoying me. Overall, I liked it and will be back!

Every product I have tried I have loved from the tinted sunscreen to moisturizers. I have had both Botox and fillers over the years and the pricing is great and I am never overdone. Always natural.
