After letting me know that my blower was still under warranty, which I was totally surprised by, he fixed our system and it's been working ever since. He also installed a NEST Thermostat (that I'd purchased quite a while ago but had never installed). I ended up signing up for their fall and spring tune-ups to keep our system in working order and I think it's very reasonably priced for the peace of mind it provides that our system is being kept in tip-top shape. Dustin recently came to perform the spring tune-up and also did great work, was very polite, and professional. One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

On the morning of August 27, 2025, their truck #150 was parked in the designated bike and pedestrian lane between Route 1 and Kent Avenue on Wellington Place in Bethany Beach. The vehicle was positioned in a way that completely blocked the lane, despite there being plenty of space to park without creating a hazard. I called the number on the side of the truck to report my concern. Yet, 25 minutes later on my return trip, the truck was still in the exact same spot, still blocking the lane. When I called again to follow up, the person who answered responded with a dismissive attitude rather than taking responsibility. How can anyone think it is acceptable to block a path meant for cyclists and pedestrians, forcing them into traffic alongside cars and trucks? It shows a troubling lack of care for the community and the safety of others. If this company demonstrates such indifference to something as basic and important as public safety, it raises the question: how much care will they show for your project? The owner comment added after this review does not speak to the specific issue and alludes to the truck being a gas truck filling a tank, which is an understandable temporary disruption. In this case the truck is a pickup truck performing service inside of a home and there was PLENTY of room to pard the truck off of the street, the driver just chose not to do so!
