I also found out that it was buy one and get one free when she was researching for the product on the Walgreen website. I had to shop for other items so Lucia took the vitamins to the register for safe keeping. My mobility is compromised so I really appreciate the extra help. I don't have much more to add that still isn't true from my glowing review the other day. I want to share a story that happened on my last monthly fill. J thought I lost my medication and so I rushed back and told him that I think I left my bag of all my medications sitting on my hood. He asked me where I parked and said he would look. I didn't park in the garage. The man works all day long and gets up and does it the next day, day after day. I would think he has been doing this long enough tbat he could retire if he wanted to. Over the years, he's off had a "not accepting new patients" sign because he doesn't want to leave his patients waiting and there is always a steady flow BUT I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes. His business is run to perfection from my perspective and back to the leaving my meds on the cat story, when I get there he is looking around the area across the street where I told him I parked on Riverside. I got there and took over but I couldn't believe when I saw the man after whither very bad days work looking for my screw up. Turns out it somehow got hidden at my house (no doubt a symptom of the medications I need to stay sane). Trade off I suppose but I just love him. I think of hIm as family. Sort of ab uncle or something. Have no mistake about it. His kindness, and heart is understated by his personality which on first glance might lead you to believe he's cold and a little flippant even. It's a rouse. He's one of the nicest men in the business of life and importantly since he runs a pharmacy , he's the best pharmacist I know. In case it's not clear, I adore and love him. Truly. This is my second review. Mg last one was in 2014 and I had said then, "I can't believe I wanted nearly a decade to say how awesome this place is (Key)". He doesn't charge what the chains charge when there is no insurance coverage almost ever and I mean not even close. My 2014 review still stands strong but I wanted to say that if you count that decade and the time until now I've been coming here for over 15 years and I think closer to 20 so I'm an expert on all things Key. If you want a good pharmacy and you hate chains, you can't beat this place. Thank you Ira for the amazing service. I, with very little exception, give bad reviews because I hate Yelp. I don't like ruining businesses because maybe they have a bad day. I don't think in all my time coming here that has happened once. If my review seems over the top, it's because my feelings about this pharmacy are. I never knew I could like a place where I get my medication so much but it's beyond reasonable and Ira is the icing on the cake. That was not the case when I went to Walgreens, despite the fact that I had been going to them for 15 years and for the entire time I got the same medications every month. Suddenly they not only never had those medications when it came time for my refill, but the people at the front - nice as they were - never knew when (or if) that medication was going to be coming in. Isaac is efficient and makes sure he has his customers' prescriptions every month so we don't have to run all over town trying to find a pharmacy carrying the medications we need. That was a black hole I never want to go down again. And with Isaac I'm not going to have to because I don't go to him for empathy, I go to him for medications and he makes sure he has what I need in stock. And every month I get exactly what I need, efficiently and politely, my medications. If Roxi wants empathy or friendship from her pharmacist, I suggest she go to a psychotherapist for the empathy and get her medications from a big pharmacy. They won't necessarily have the medications she needs in stock, but she's unlikely to expect empathy from them. So she probably won't leave a terrible review, chewing them out for not being what they're not supposed to be.

Prices are fair, I have been a customer of CVS for literally 35 plus years and we get their promotional coupons in the mail. Comes very handy on a BIG purchase. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line, because the cashier was M.I.A. Once he returned, he didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello or something.. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. I like that they have self-checkout kiosks and that the products aren't locked up - it makes shopping so much more convenient. And there's plenty of parking, which is always a bonus in Studio City.

This CVS is good for quick essential needs, but as they carry about 1/3 of what a normal store would. While this location stays super clean... don't bank on getting everything you need in one trip. The last few times we came in... a lot of the snacks and beverages were very low... which is a let down if you're heading by on your way home, after the gym or to pick up a prescription. They do have some great markdown/closeout/clearance items here, but they seem to go very fast which makes the shelves feel empty in a lot of spots. The first aid supplies are limited and the company brand products aka the better deals seem to be the least available in terms of quantity. The pharmacy is pretty solid... however doesn't keep the best available hours... only 10am to 6pm as this is a low foot traffic location... though they are close to regular... most stay open from 9 to 7 Note: this is not a 24hour cvs location however they are open from 8am until 10pm every day. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.
