His technicians seem great, but under his leadership, they are hamstrung. We had water leaking onto our driveway with the irrigation system off. I noticed that a sprinkler head was in the vicinity of this leak, so I dug a 2'x3'x2' hole around it and replaced it myself. The leak remained but the sprinkler head itself looked dry. I dug another hole the same size about 4' away and that hole also filled up with water with the irrigation system off. H2H Irrigation system was called to find and repair the leak. The owner spent some time troubleshooting and proclaimed the leak was coming from the irrigation system (not the main water line to the house). He directed his technicians to replace the #5 valve ($600 total bill). The leak remained. They located the main line running under my driveway and noted that this would be the next step if the wet area doesn't dry out ($1840 quote; work declined). I called out another irrigation company about 2 weeks later. That technician came by himself. I dug out the same two holes that I did for H2H. He said it's clearly coming from this area. We should dig deeper. He dug another 12" down and found a main water line brass fitting crack that was the clear source of this leak. He was at the house for 30 minutes (and didn't recommend excavating my driveway). This repair could not be completed by an irrigation company, which I understood, as only plumbers are qualified to work on main water lines. Ultimately, the H2H owner's years of experience was almost extremely costly to me and my family. I would go elsewhere if you want the job done right and you want to avoid be suckered into work that is costly and unnecessary.

After about two weeks of excuses, we finally got some dirt down, not how we wanted it, but he put some dirt down. Then, came another week of excuses and he never got the grass we paid him for. Long story short, we paid him $1600 up front to buy the supplies, and he only brought a portion of the dirt we agreed to and NO GRASS. This will be a bit of an extensive write up so if you don't want to read; Overall Daniel did…read moreamazing work, would absolutely hire him again to do more jobs! The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had.
