I ended up doing a couple sauna sessions and compression therapy session because I felt run down and it revived me. The studio is clean and very comfortable, loved the chairs for the compression therapy and the backrest in the sauna. The sauna was also hot every time and they provide plenty of towels, which are things I've had issues with at other studios. I will definitely come back next time I'm here!

The staff was very accommodated and made sure that me and my friend were seated comfortably next to each other. Unfortunately, due to my small veins, I was unable to have the IV therapy because of the two stick policy from the Nurse. But, I did take the shot instead, and I felt amazing. The oxygen therapy also was needed and well received. I was able to rest comfortably under a warm blanket while being pampered. Last but not least came cryotherapy. I haven't been that nervous since I gave birth! But again, the staff was knowledgeable and very reassuring. The experience ended up being a success!
