Had so much fun here! I came for a bachelorette party with friends last weekend. Drew was very helpful in calling/texting us the location to be picked up. He provided a cart to put our alcohol in and transport it down the dock. Our 3 friends were running late, so the crew picked them up on a tender and brought them to the boat when they arrived. Very nice of them! Drew, Casey and the rest of the crew were very friendly and didn't mind our groups choice in music (ha). We ran out of alcohol half way through our 4 hour timeframe, so the crew actually offered to run to shore and purchase more for us and we could pay them back. They were truly lifesavers!! The tiki hut is sooo much fun and the big float was great. I recommend for sure!!! read more

I'm not sure this is actually a reputable company. I have tried for five days straight to schedule two fly boarding sessions I won at a silent charity auction. I have left voicemails and texted with no reply. I saw they have an active Instagram account that they have posted pics on all week. So I posted my request on there (see pic). Instead of reaching out to me to help me schedule, they deleted my comment. Not professional at all and not good for business. If you donate a good or service for a silent auction for charity, please know that the bidder may pay full or more than face value for the item as I did. While I love giving money to charity, I was also incentivized by the opportunity to fly board for the first time. I could certainly book a session online with a credit card but there is no mechanism for this company to follow through on providing a donated service. And I don't have the time to keep calling and leaving voicemails. I am sure this was a tax write off for this company so I will be sure to report this back to the charity. Very disappointed and I truly hope this company is not doing this on a routine basis. read more

Hydrofly Watersports is located on the Ashley River/Brittlebank Park- which is right downtown, so it's super easy to get to if you're staying there. Wow! What a treat! Myself and a group of 10 girlfriends had the honor of boarding the tiki boat with Drew, Trey and an amazing intern who's name I sadly drank too many Truly's to remember. I do remember him jumping into the water to save the planet and scoop out a floating piece of pollution. 10/10 for being mindful of mother nature. 10/10 in FUN. We spent the majority of the day out on Patricia the giant Peacock float while hot drew served us Truly's and BLs. Nearing the end of our journey we then went to the top of the boat where we danced in the sun. A memory I am blessed to share with my friends. 10/10 in aesthetics. Get a load of hot Drew's baby blue peepers, the gorgeous landscape and crisp water. 10/10 would reccommend and will be booking for my sister's bachelorette. Run, dont walk, to the tiki boat. Run until you get to the dock and then walk. For safety. *Tip: ask Trey about his dog, Kash. He is stunning. If we knew about him before the journey we would have requested that he join. what a day to remember ! we went here this past weekend for a bachelorette party. we are a group of 8 girls from NY and we were paired with about 11 bachelors from SC (we did not do the private tiki bar). the whole day was incredible - starting with the staff being ultra considerate of our hangovers and seeing if we were good - allowing us to pick out music, they had coolers for us && provided ice, and even had a doggy on board! they took us back and forth if anyone need to use the bathroom. the group we were with we ended up playing beer pong with, floating on the floats doing flips and jumps off the second floor and just having an overall good time. everyone was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and relaxed ! the other party did the hydro fly and jet skis which i would definitely do in the future. thanks y'all! read more

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I booked and paid for a 20 Minute Flyboard Experience for my boyfriend and I on Sunday, August 25 2019, at 10 am & 10:20 am. Before coming out I received a text from +1 (804) 437-2054 telling me they had scheduling issues and they needed to move me to 12pm. That unfortunately wasn't going to work for us because our hotel checkout was at 12 as well, so I asked to see if we could come earlier then 10 or just get issued a refund. They said they would issue a refund and I should receive it in 2/3 business days. A week has gone by , I've called numerous times (no one answers), left numerous voicemail messages and text the guy who cancelled my previously scheduled appointment and keep getting the run around about my money. $244 was spent and I can't seem to get my damn money back. Horrible company! I'll be reporting them if I don't get my refund. I would recommend you find another company cause these folks are scammers read more

Sam and his team are always so much fun to work with. The floating tiki hut is such a unique activity in Charleston! I have sent clients, as well as been out there myself with friends, and everyone always has a blast. Bring your own beverages and snacks and party all morning or afternoon. If you like swimming and hanging out by the water but don't want to deal with the beach traffic or crowds, this is the perfect activity for you! read more

These guys are awesome. They took me and a group of about 12 for half a day at a bachelor party and they absolutely killed it. We had a floating tiki barge and tons of seating and water floats to chill on while taking turns for the flyboard. Great experience. Great dudes. We had an amazing time on our tiki sunset boat ride. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 girls. They provided coolers for us as well as plenty of seating. It was great to watch the sunset from the top of the tiki hut. We were able to jump in and float in the water. This was for sure a highlight of our trip! read more

I rented the tiki hut for a 1/2 day for a 14 person bachelorette party. We had so much fun!!! highly recommend this for big groups!

REALLY is as good as it gets for a day on the water. Sam and Will were very helpful and patient with our group of first time Hydrofliers. All of them got up! Each of them wanted to do again. Made for some great pictures. Additionally, it was awesome just hanging out in the Tiki Hut (which provides shade, if you need it). We brought our own cooler and a couple of snacks. We made a complete afternoon of it and could have stayed longer. Some people paddle boarded but most of us either Hydroflew or just hung out on the oversized float near the Hut. We will do this again next time we are in Charleston. Perfect for a group of 20 or a small group of individuals. Book early because it is quite popular...Best day on the water--EVER. Highly recommend! Five stars! read more
