I am extremely disappointed with the communication from Scott's Auto Body. Our vehicle has been at…read morethe shop for about a week following an accident, and we have repeatedly been told that someone will call us back with an update. Those callbacks have not happened. Today we contacted State Farm directly and were told that, on their end, the vehicle is still showing as repairable because they have not received anything from the body shop regarding the estimate or damage assessment. We completely understand that body shops get busy and that estimates and insurance claims take time. What is frustrating is repeatedly being promised a callback and receiving no information. At this point, we simply want to know whether the vehicle has been inspected, what the current estimate is, and when the necessary information will be submitted to State Farm so the claim can move forward. Good communication goes a long way, especially when customers are already dealing with the stress of an accident. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been unnecessarily frustrating

Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward

I dropped my Fiero off at the mechanic and everyone stopped to look at them, it was actually kind of embarrassing. Seriously these grown men were all passing them around and rubbing the welds like it was a baby. One of the mechanics said this is true art. They were shocked by how thick the pipe was and said these are really well made. Then they went on about how much these new manifolds are going to improve my performance, but all I really cared about was that they look stock and not leak, lol. I didn't take pictures, but once they are installed I will try to upload some pics. I highly recommend them, and I'm one very happy customer!

I had been shopping around trying to decide who I could trust to wrap my Tesla, but one phone call with Cooper was all it took. The guy knew EVERYTHING. When I came in, he welcomed me, sat down with me, walked me through the different colors, and showed me real-world examples of cars they had wrapped in the finishes I was considering. He even showed me vehicles they were currently working on so I could see firsthand the level of care and attention to detail this team puts into every car. I originally thought I would just choose between a matte or clear wrap. Instead, Cooper took the time to understand the entire look I wanted and helped me build my dream car: dark grey PurePPF, a smoked-out light bar, blacked-out side taillights, and tinted windows. He made thoughtful suggestions at every step without ever making me feel pressured.
