Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company in any way if you can avoid using their services.

After waiting for the weekend to end. Not thinking about mobile mechanics, we called Robert. Best choice we made. Robert had our van diagnosed and repaired in just over 2 and a half hours. I was astonished. He has more than reasonable pricing, Infact he probably does it a little cheaper than the shops with their over head and having to wait for them to have an opening would be even more costly. Robert walked me through what was wrong and even let me get under the hood with him so I could see exactly what he was taking about. Very punctual and responsive to any questions I had. If i lived closer I'd have him work on my other cat I guarantee that. I highly recommend Robert's mobile mechanic LLC. Robert keep doing what your doing.

It was nighttime, rainy and windy, and I was stuck on the narrow shoulder of a busy freeway, unsure of where to go for help. My tow truck driver refused to take me to Bakersfield, where I'd located some mobile mechanics and affordable hotels, so I ended up in Tehachapi. I was worried because sometimes it's hard to find a mechanic who knows how to work on my 34 year old vehicle--especially in a smaller town. In the morning I began calling mechanics, but I was told they wouldn't take emergencies, didn't have an opening for 2 weeks, and no longer worked on old vehicles. The mobile mechanic that responded to my Yelp request was 2 hours away and would charge hundreds of dollars to come diagnose the problem. Finally, I got Rodolfo on the phone and he agreed to look at it if I got it towed to his shop. He was the sweetest and most pleasant mechanic I've met, had it foxed in less than 2 hours, and only charged $150. I went from feeling despair to feeling deep gratitude, and I didn't even have to pay for a second night in the hotel! Rodolfo saved the day for me!

He said there was an issue with the fuze so he wanted to install a bypass wire to just get the car started, which would of been just a grounded wire straight to the battery to start the car, not a permanent fix but would be an inconvenience to start it every time and he was going to charge me 2,000$ for it. Then he stated the car gave him two codes one for the crank shaft position sensor and cam shaft sensors and now he's telling me the engine is wrong so it would be another 1,000$ I decided to take my car out of there and he charged me 300$ for nothing ! He didn't fix my car and charged me two diagnostics. Anyways I took my car to another mechanic in Lancaster and he figured it out and so the vehicle had a GPS/kill switch from the dealer ship. There was a faulty wire or some kinda of issue with it and he removed the dealership GPS/kill switch and did a little rewiring to let the car start naturally, by doing that they fixed my car and removed the crank shaft and cam shaft sensor codes. Essentially fixing the car completely for a low cost of 220$. Meanwhile AA advanced mobile mechanics wanted to charge me up to 3,000$. Clearly they like to rip people off! Anyway, Thank You J&J Electric and Auto repair for fixing my car.

Today we contacted State Farm directly and were told that, on their end, the vehicle is still showing as repairable because they have not received anything from the body shop regarding the estimate or damage assessment. We completely understand that body shops get busy and that estimates and insurance claims take time. What is frustrating is repeatedly being promised a callback and receiving no information. At this point, we simply want to know whether the vehicle has been inspected, what the current estimate is, and when the necessary information will be submitted to State Farm so the claim can move forward. Good communication goes a long way, especially when customers are already dealing with the stress of an accident. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been unnecessarily frustrating
