Was charged twice and later found it scraped our car when the arm malfunctioned the guy proceeds to blame us saying we drove forward and that's what it stopped and keeps trying to blame us. When I asked for video he sends the first part of the wash not the part where it malfunctioned and when I asked for the full wash he sends the second wash. He thinks we're dumb and not aware he's trying to pass it off as the first wash. Still fails to send the full where you can clearly see when didn't move it malfunctioned and hit our car. Then proceeds to call my husband who lets him fully speak when my husband then starts to talk he rudely went off on him and wouldn't let him speak. Never and I mean never ever go there. And this is coming from someone who loves to support small. Rude, no accountability, terrible service. Terrible wash and terrible experience. Disgusting customer service.
