I am extremely disappointed with the communication from Scott's Auto Body. Our vehicle has been at…read morethe shop for about a week following an accident, and we have repeatedly been told that someone will call us back with an update. Those callbacks have not happened. Today we contacted State Farm directly and were told that, on their end, the vehicle is still showing as repairable because they have not received anything from the body shop regarding the estimate or damage assessment. We completely understand that body shops get busy and that estimates and insurance claims take time. What is frustrating is repeatedly being promised a callback and receiving no information. At this point, we simply want to know whether the vehicle has been inspected, what the current estimate is, and when the necessary information will be submitted to State Farm so the claim can move forward. Good communication goes a long way, especially when customers are already dealing with the stress of an accident. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been unnecessarily frustrating
