Yelp Review: Cherry (marijuana dispensary) Jackson, MI…read more Sadly, Cherry is no cherry. We have been going out of our way to try all or most of the many cannabis dispensaries in the Jackson area. Cherry is one of the newer ones, settled in a former bank, it boasts a drive thru window. And has some really rock bottom specials now and then, like '10 for $10' pre-rolls - made of an inferior blend but the convenience is sort of worth it: you get what you pay for. However, recently we bought Snow Caps in flower 3.5 oz. It was not cheap and was supposed to be infused with 50% THC. It tasted terrible (like vomit terrible) and DID NOT get us high. We called them back; they said yes, "it should have gotten you blasted." They offered to "do something about it" and for the manager to call us back. He/she did not, so when we went in the next day and explained that we had called the previous day, they were like, "We don't take product back, we don't know if you have laced it with something"!!!??? We were not asking to have them take it back to re-sell it - of course not, but just to make good on 100% customer satisfaction that they promise, and to replace it with other, better, less foul, more reliable product. They just said "sorry... you're SOL." That was the wrong answer, delivered with a very bad attitude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Take your weed business to Lettuce, or 420, or Lume, or Mood. These are all better shops. Cherry is the pits.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this dispensary (Which FYI, now goes by Comco Wellness,…read morebut is still the same great experience/location/set-up/company as before I believe!) As a (sometimes) cannabis journalist and an avid rec user in Chicago, I've been to my fair share of dispensaries. However, I have to say, this is one of my all time favorites. From selection to value to service, I cannot recommend this dispo enough. Getting signed in was totally a breeze as a first time visitor and the deals were so incredibly good (and the flower, cart and edible selection so phenomenal), I came back just two days later to stock up for the rest of my time in town for the holidays. But almost better than the fantastic deals and great selection? The staff! Wether you're a first time toker who needs help finding the right product from friendly and unpretentious budtenders or your an experienced stoner who wants expert insight, you'll find it all here. In my experience, they very carefully and meticulously pick out and package your nugs when buying flower, which is always a plus. Really just a very welcoming, clean, professional environment that brings the fun and levity into the cannabis experience that some dispos have sorely forgotten. Can't wait to be in town again for another visit. Thank you for all you do!
