The team there now is absolutely kind (you might recognize some people if you frequent other Jackson storefronts) and have been in the industry a long time collectively and some individuals clocking a decade plus. And their selection currently is different than other shops I've been to in the area as well. I am happy to see some refreshing, new life has come back. Additionally, it's a super calm & clean environment; and during the pandemic this gives me peace of mind knowing that JC3 & their new team are here to keep us safe as well as providing professional & excellent service. Staying healthy while trying to stay medicated and pain free is another reason I chose JC3! So if you're a medical patient in the area who has some time, go check them out (or check them out again!) a couple things to note right now: they are cash only (for now!) only medical patients at this time (rec coming soon)

My plants grown from seeds purchased from them have exceeded expectations. Their online ordering process is super easy, you have options of online check, or mailing a money order, today was the first time I noticed they accept credit cards as well which was wonderful. Yelp Review: Cherry (marijuana dispensary) Jackson, MI…read more Sadly, Cherry is no cherry. We have been going out of our way to try all or most of the many cannabis dispensaries in the Jackson area. Cherry is one of the newer ones, settled in a former bank, it boasts a drive thru window. And has some really rock bottom specials now and then, like '10 for $10' pre-rolls - made of an inferior blend but the convenience is sort of worth it: you get what you pay for. However, recently we bought Snow Caps in flower 3.5 oz. It was not cheap and was supposed to be infused with 50% THC. It tasted terrible (like vomit terrible) and DID NOT get us high. We called them back; they said yes, "it should have gotten you blasted." They offered to "do something about it" and for the manager to call us back. He/she did not, so when we went in the next day and explained that we had called the previous day, they were like, "We don't take product back, we don't know if you have laced it with something"!!!??? We were not asking to have them take it back to re-sell it - of course not, but just to make good on 100% customer satisfaction that they promise, and to replace it with other, better, less foul, more reliable product. They just said "sorry... you're SOL." That was the wrong answer, delivered with a very bad attitude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Take your weed business to Lettuce, or 420, or Lume, or Mood. These are all better shops. Cherry is the pits.
