Spencer was upfront about the extent of what he could inspect from the 2-10 warranty checklist, and both of us were happy with the overlap of the items inspected. Spencer completed the inspection as scheduled, looked into crawl spaces and took drone footage of the roof etc. and spoke on the phone with me promptly to go over the highlights. The report was in my inbox in the next hour after we spoke and I feel a peace of mind in filing the 18-20 items to get covered by the warranty. This is a new home folks, so highly recommend getting professional inspections before purchase, after purchase and I recommend working with Spencer!

Spencer was great! He was able to fit me in for an inspection the next day after I called 4 other…read moreinspectors. This was a pre-inspection so it was time sensitive. Spencer arrived on time and finished in about 2 hrs and 15 mins, right on schedule. He walked on the roof when he was unable to use the drone. He reassured me that my biggest concern of water in the crawl space was most likely due to a fixable gutter problem. He helped me realize that the house was not in bad shape which was really reassuring. I got the printed report shortly after and he did verbally review the major items with me at the end. I would recommend Spencer and if I needed another preinspection, I would not hesitate to call him.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HOME INSPECTION!! We ended up buying an illegally flipped home…read morethat was against city code and with hazards, under his service. Jason Geris failed to let us know the home had hazards against the city code, failed to let us know about the NEC violations and hazards that posed a threat to our safety and to the investment. (Note: our homeowner's insurance had to cancel due to undisclosed flaws and unpermitted work.) Jason didn't inform us that a bathroom can't have an electric panel, nor did he tell us that the wall blocking access to the breaker panel was against code and needed clearance to access the panel. He did a poor home inspection that didn't properly inform us of the defects and dangers present that led us to buying a fraudulent flip. We asked for a refund because of him omitting pertinent information about the home's true condition that made it dangerous and unlivable, but he refused. Then he hassled us for the name of our source who verified these things were wrong. We didn't give it to him. Also, he and his team member failed to tell us that our windows don't lock, which left us susceptible to break ins. He's not a good home inspector at all. They were professional, very courteous, and very hard workers! His price was very reasonable and the cleanup as well. I asked for extra piping so the downspout would drain in a different area. No problem! He charged a small amount to do this but it was a difficult ask as it was next to a large 20 year old tree so roots were an issue but THEY GOT IT DONE! I would definitely recommend.

While inspecting the rodent issue, they also discovered mold in our attic. Alex provided many photos to show us the issue clearly. Alex was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rod ents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Cleanliness: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. The crew was courteous and focused throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and fair. If you need attic services or pest remediation, my wife and I highly recommend them!
