I don't give many 5-star reviews, but Logan absolutely deserves one!…read more I called and explained what was happening with my fireplace. Logan listened, asked a few follow-up questions, and then told me one thing I could try that he thought might solve the problem. I took his advice and it worked! Now I have a fireplace that works again, and it turns out I don't even need to replace the pilot assembly after all. What impressed me most is Logan didn't have to help me the way he did. He could have easily just scheduled a service call and replaced the part, but instead he took the time to help me troubleshoot it first. In my opinion, that says a lot about someone and proves he is honest and trustworthy. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HOME INSPECTION!! We ended up buying an illegally flipped home…read morethat was against city code and with hazards, under his service. Jason Geris failed to let us know the home had hazards against the city code, failed to let us know about the NEC violations and hazards that posed a threat to our safety and to the investment. (Note: our homeowner's insurance had to cancel due to undisclosed flaws and unpermitted work.) Jason didn't inform us that a bathroom can't have an electric panel, nor did he tell us that the wall blocking access to the breaker panel was against code and needed clearance to access the panel. He did a poor home inspection that didn't properly inform us of the defects and dangers present that led us to buying a fraudulent flip. We asked for a refund because of him omitting pertinent information about the home's true condition that made it dangerous and unlivable, but he refused. Then he hassled us for the name of our source who verified these things were wrong. We didn't give it to him. Also, he and his team member failed to tell us that our windows don't lock, which left us susceptible to break ins. He's not a good home inspector at all.
