I've used Danny as our inspector for 2 homes now. He's incredibly thorough , efficient and quick. He checks things that can be easily overlooked and supplies the report super quick, which is important in the business of home buying . He inspected our first home that was BRAND NEW built from the ground up and was able to save us the headache of a poorly done roof . 10/10 recommend read more

Incredibly fast and thorough. He checked every outlet; opened every drawer, took very detailed photos. Walked us through what he saw. Answered our questions in details. Very professional, very kind. FAST on getting us the inspection report. Inspection was at 2, and we were reading the report by 7:30. Thank you Danny! read more

We doing a refinance to get money to replace our roof. The appraiser for the credit union noted a stain on the ceiling of the home office and required an inspection and repairs done before they would sign off on the loan. We need the money to get the roof replaced and it looked like we would need to get the roof fixed to get the money. Danny was able to show that there was no moisture in the ceiling and the underside of the roof was dry even though there had been recent heavy rain. His photos and concise description of the ceiling and roof condition did the job. read more

Utilized their services today for a home inspection. They were excellent, showed up to the site early to begin evaluating the exterior of the house before my agent arrived. Received the standard inspection and sewer scope, which combined cost $75 less than other home inspectors I've used. Very professional, and as I wasn't onsite to hear from them first hand, they recorded a video going through the photos and what they found on top of writing a very clear and thorough report of the inspection. Would absolutely recommend their service and would happily use them again. My agent enjoyed working with them and stated she would certainly recommend them, as she's worked with several others in the past. read more

Was extremely through and helpful in explaining any concerns we had. Amazing communication and made everything so easy and seamless. Definitely recommend!! read more

Danny was awesome! First, his inspection & resulting report were incredibly thorough. But even better is that I couldn't be there in person, so he recorded a really helpful video walk-through of the report for me. I didn't get a chance to look at it until Sunday morning, so I shot him a quick email and he called me back within minutes ON A SUNDAY. I couldn't recommend him more! read more

We recently put an offer on a home and needs a home inspection before moving forward. Our realtor referred us to Inspections West and Danny who was able to come out very quickly (on a Sunday, even) and inspected the home, arriving early to examine the outside of the home. Once our realtor and I showed up, we were able to go through the interior as I followed along. He was able to easily explain what he was doing and answer my questions (since this is our first time buying a home). We then went over the many pictures and details of the inspection in person, as well receiving a detailed report for my wife and I to go over the next day. I would highly recommend Inspections West. read more

Had an inspection done in September, had new flooring done in November only to find out our sub flooring was rotten. After our contractor went under our home he immediately noticed water marks on the beam under the house that should have been noted on our inspection but was not. They pointed out the missing insulation in same area but neglected the obvious water damage. This mistake cost us an additional $5,500. We reached out to the company and after approx. 6 months of dealing with their insurance company they basically stated the max that would be recoverable would be the $465 that was paid for the inspection. read more

As a retired Realtor I've worked with a lot of home inspection companies, and I believe that Inspections West was one of the best ever. He was timely, thorough in his inspection and provided a quick detailed email report. read more

Danny and his team were amazing. He came highly recommended by our agent, so we opted to wait a couple extra days instead of going with a different inspector who had availability, for our home inspection. This was our first home inspection! We received our appointment reminder a couple days before which was helpful. Danny and his team arrived early and were all over the house while we observed and waited for the review portion. Danny went through the pictures with us and talked with us on his recommendations and observations. He didn't rush through anything and we left our meeting feeling more informed about our future home. Our report was due to the sellers that evening and he got our report over to our agent with time to spare. We would highly recommend! Thank you Danny! read more

Danny and Jerod were friendly, thorough, efficient, and above-and-beyond responsible and responsive throughout the inspection process, from easy scheduling to arriving on time (early, in fact) and getting me my report in a very timely manner (they were very nice about the inconvenience of a misunderstanding on the part of my realtor about the time of the inspection and having to wait for her to show up at the site, too). As a first-time home buyer, I especially appreciated their very clear and patient explanations of each aspect of the inspection, and recommendations about what to pay attention to and watch for in my ongoing home maintenance. Highly, highly recommended. read more

I'm a real estate agent and needed to have a very short inspection window for my clients offer to be competitive! Inspections West moved things around to make her inspection needs work and had two professionals, Jerod and Danny, at the inspection who were very knowledgeable and reasonable about the property for my client! Not only was the inspection half the length in time as most but it was so thorough and informing! Seriously was extremely happy with the outcome of this inspection because of the realistic approach the two took with the information. No scare tactics for your clients :)) Realtors, you'll love them; clients you will know everything they can can possibly find out about your prospective property and how to reasonably handle what may come up! Property sellers, if you need a company to help you prepare your home for market, I'd suggest an inspection from these guys! read more

Danny did such a thorough job on the inspection. He was on time and went through every detail, regardless of it was little or big. He was on time and was able to get us an appointment next day. Every detail and pictures to match, with all of the suggestions and findings. We highly recommend him to anyone needing an inspection! read more

Inspections West provided excellent home inspection services. Danny was able to accommodate an afternoon appointment, provided competitive pricing (military specials), and was very professional. Danny inspected the home thoroughly and provided an excellent report the same day. The report summarized necessary repairs and included pictures. The report substantiated our requests for seller corrections and all of our requests will be corrected by the seller. The report helped support my family's decision to purchase our home. I would definitely recommend Inspections West for home inspection services. read more
