I reached out to get additional information than what was online and was basically just told what was on their site, pay a one time visit fee of $99 and then $49 a month afterwards. I specifically wanted to get an idea of "average" cost for HRT medication, and potential lab work needed, since that is not included in their monthly membership. I was asked to pay the initial visit and then I would get more information. Mmm this is not for me. I've called other HRT providers and they've been able to tell me over the phone how much the visits, hormones and lab work would cost. As side note, I've worked with functional doctors before and understand that the supplement and lab work costs vary depending on the patient's needs. I was still informed more or less how much I could need for supplements, and functional tests, BEFORE making the commitment. I'm sure Golden Leaf knows how much hormones cost, but no, they won't disclose that.

Besides this being illegal....state law (CVC §22507.8) allows any person with a valid placard to park in any designated disabled space, regardless of assignment or restrictive signage...(which they have and is asinine). The way this was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy. A simple explanation or polite redirection would have completely changed my perception of this place. Instead, the interaction came off as unnecessarily rude, especially toward someone trying to support a local business. Not a place I would want to go to for "wellness".

I would go back to her in a heartbeat. The spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the entire staff is kind and attentive. I'm giving four stars only because I've tried fillers twice and, unfortunately, didn't see the results I had hoped for relative to the cost. I'm not sure if my body simply metabolizes filler quickly, but I didn't feel the results justified the significant price tag. That said, I completely understand how difficult it is for clinicians to find that perfect balance... not doing too little, but also not overdoing it. I truly appreciate that they are trying to achieve a natural result while also making sure clients feel they received value. If I ever decide to try filler again, I would absolutely return to Holden Timeless and see Chelsea. For now, I'm going to save my money and perhaps revisit it down the road.
