My first visit to have stretching done and I chose Stretch U, because of their great first visit promotion with no obligation. It was wonderful. I love a deep tissue massage but found the stretch routine using some deep tissue massage techniques wonderful. My appointment was with Julianna Villanueva and she was fantastic. She applied the adequate stretching I personally needed with the deep tissue that really helped my tight lower back and hamstrings. Great no nonsense environment and exceptionally clean. Try out their first visit promotion and you will love it, and like me, probably return. read more

I've been coming here for years to help me stay flexible and minimize injury risk. I highly recommend it for weekend warriors & serious athletes alike. All of the staff have always been professional & the space is always clean. The only issue is they do seem to understaff & it can be difficult to schedule appointments. read more

Stretch U San Marcos - Massage Therapy Near Me - San Marcos, California

I met Alondra at Performance 360 a few months ago. I had a demo stretch does there as part of a wellness event and met up at the Stretch-U location in San Marcos I believe in September 2025 for another event and met Albert there (another demo done). Today was my official first timers stretch with Jay and a great experience (just like the previous demos). Coming off a runners knee injury it's been some work regrouping but the stretching was helping me to loosen up a little despite some cramps (which I expected) because of the movement I'm not as used too. I definitely need to continue to make some appointments (especially after the Carlsbad 5000 coming up in April) so I can stay a little more mobile and flexible. Looking forward to my next appointment on 3/15/26. read more

These people are great! Super professional, they pay attention to what my body needs to work at its best level.

I had such a great experience today for my first visit! Alondra was strong, informative and knew exactly where my pain was stemming from! I can't wait to go back! read more

StretchU has become a regular part of my routine -- I go bi-weekly, and every session is an absolute pleasure. The entire team is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with positive energy and a genuine commitment to helping me feel my best. Each stretch feels tailored to my specific needs, and I've noticed real improvements in my flexibility, posture, and overall comfort. The staff always take the time to explain what they're doing and why it matters, which I really appreciate. If you're thinking about giving StretchU a try -- do it! It's one of the best things I've done for my body and well-being. read more

I have been a coming to StretchU since 2016 and it has proven to be an essential part of my exercise routine. Throughout my history with StretchU, one thing that impressed me was that it ran on time. Sadly, this no longer seems to be the case, at least in San Marcos. I've noticed my my sessions are now routinely 5-10 minute late. I've also noticed there are no clocks on any of the walls which leads me to question, how does the staff now when they're on time? Because the people waiting those 5-10 minutes know exactly what time it is. read more

I love StretchU San Marcos so much. Been going for the past couple years after my dad recommended that I go for my plantar fasciitis and they've helped me prevent injuries, stay flexible and recover as an active pickleball player and athlete. Everyone is super nice but special shoutout to Matt, Julianna and Albert who are kind, knowledgeable and just fun to be around. read more

I've been coming to StretchU biweekly for 40 min. I can confidently say it's made a huge difference in how my body feels. The sessions are the perfect balance of deep stretching and relaxation--like a massage, but focused on flexibility and mobility. A special shoutout to Alondra, who is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly listens to what my body needs. She always tailors each session based on how I'm feeling that day, and I walk out every time feeling refreshed, looser, and more at ease. The time slots are convenient and flexible, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Highly recommend StretchU if you're looking to improve your range of motion, reduce tension, or just take better care of your body. read more

I have gone to Stretch U in San Marcos number of time. Alondra attended to me today and it was great, she took into consideration my special concerns. I am 76 years old and I've gone to a lot of different places for physical therapy over the years, and I get more out a 40 min session at Stretch U than 5 or 6 session at regular physical therapy sessions. I highly recommend it, if you want to restored flexibility. read more

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Alondra and Albert are terrific! I especially appreciate the way they adapt to my needs as they change and focus on helping me progress rather than simply putting me through the same routine. StretchU is far more effective for me than sports massage, etc. read more

This place is amazing! Stretching on your own is a good thing but when you have the pros assist you stretch I've seen way better results in flexibility and strength. I've tried other stretch places here in North County and this place by far outshines the competition in price and techniques. Truly I would recommend. Yes and yes! read more

I have been going Stretch U for about 2+ years now and it has really helped so much! I have more flexibility and less pain in my hips, back and shoulders after my sessions. I am so happy I found them! I usually do two 40 minute sessions twice a month. If you want to give yourself an extra treat, add in the percussion tool to your stretch! The first time I did it, I was amazed how much it helped with muscle pain! The therapists are very nice and caring as an added bonus! Thanks to Adrian who is my go to! read more

Been going consistently for a couple of years. As an active person I love the deeper stretch that comes with assisted stretching. Staff are super friendly and profession, especially Adrian and Matt. read more

Whenever i'm in San Diego to see friends, i typically make it a point to head over to StretchU just to get myself together either after a long weekend of rowdy activities or even just to prepare myself for the drive back to Ventura County. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've been having a lot of back & hip trouble due to a new desk job and the staff has been great with getting me sorted out. During my recent trips, i've been working with Devon more often as I don't see the other staff as much. He's been offering suggestions and stretches to do at home to kind of help me along since I don't make it out to San Marcos too often. I've made it a habit to correspond with him as I'm waiting to be eligible for a reduction surgery and he's been paramount in helping with any pain management in my back and shoulders. I'm hoping to see Stretch U open up a little closer to me but until then, i'll be frequenting San Marcos as much as I can! read more

StretchU San Marcos is a terrific investment in your overall health and well-being. Their assisted stretching feels great and helps keep me injury-free when exercising. The stretchers there are also wonderful people who really care for their clients. They have online booking, super convenient, and lots of options for various stretches, depending on whether you have just 20 minutes or a full hour to work on your mobility. It's affordable, too, compared with massage or physical therapy, and I see just as much benefit from the stretching here as I do with other types of bodywork. read more
