I was dealing with some nagging symptoms of a recent bout of the flu, and had been feeling extremely lethargic and generally just crappy. I was about to leave for a camping trip to Joshua Tree that I had been planning for months, and thought my trip was ruined. When I contacted her she offered to get me in the same day via her mobile service. She was very thorough and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process, and explained everything that she was doing. I have to say, I was surprised that I ended up feeling so much better the next day as my expectations were honestly pretty low, but I felt incredible afterward. I will definitely keep her number in my cell from now on. Thank you Heather!

After a lot of back-and-forth with whoever answered the phone, they said I had to be cleared by their "nurse practitioner" before I could get the IV. They booked the appointment. Eventually, the day of the appointment, they called. The NP asked some benign questions. Then I got text saying that they wouldn't do the IV. "Would not" give an IV?!?! I have a lot of "doctor" friends and 4 of them NEVER heard of denying someone an IV. I think the "nurse practitioner" was an idiot. Now I have to scramble to find another option. I would not recommend this company. There are lot of alternatives in the Palm Springs area. No reason to go to these clowns.

So glad to be back and I absolutely love their current office and location, which is dedicated solely to their service. Dr Nathalia Wolfe is a gem! I'm absolutely glad to be back, as I've been suffering from mild to extreme vertigo due to this overwhelming summer heat and exhaustion. Had to be treated to conventional pharmaceutical drugs several times, with no satisfactory results from prescribing Valium, mclezine, cetrizine, etc... all of which only mask the symptoms of the vertigo, which comes back and still makes me feel like I'm unsteadily moving around this fast paced world with my head immersed in a fish bowl. Enough already!! Well, I'm back with vitamin shots, and it sure has helped more than the conventional pharmaceutical drugs that my regular hospital doctors prescribe. Yup, sometimes that's all it takes: good ol' natural vitamin shots, and voila, vertigo is a little more controlled... and not regulated by hospital quacks, but by your very own choices. Thank you Nathalia. A must place for people to know: https://vitalianaturalmedicine.com/vitamin-shots/ Ps. Office manager Barbara is an absolute stellar with patient services at the front desk.
