Excellent service by the team here! They're very knowledgeable about our bodies and what the difference vitamins and supplements our bodies need to be us back into balance. You can tell the difference within an hour or so, I am sleeping better and have more focus and energy during the day which lasts 3-4 days after having an IV. I went in about 10 days ago for an IV infusion. The customer service was outstanding. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, explained the entire process, along with the protocol and recommendations. The infusion area is very comfortable, you can either relax or browse on your phone. My only complaint, and mind you this has nothing to do with the business, was another patient who was super chatty and loud during the session, (I'll just have to bring my earbuds next time I'm in). If you are interested in IV therapy, I would recommend going in for a consult, the staff is knowledgeable, and friendly and the prices are reasonable. read more

i was offered a job at this location, did a day of training/work, and was told i'd be paid after training and "zelled" which was strange. i was also told by the manager that they won't do any onboarding after training which is also shady. the day after i did training, i was told that my two shifts had suddenly been taken so i was left with only a day after my schedule had been set up far in advance and i was guaranteed to work those days. i declined, as it was more in gas than what my paycheck would be, and requested the payment for my training. i've been left on read for three weeks. underhanded and shady. do not recommend. read more

Not only were the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and the nurse was so kind and so thorough and she listened to what I needed and what care I was there for Vanessa the lady that was the receptionist. Terrible IV Therapy clinic. Better off going to another top rated company, like ASAP IV. They scheduled me incorrectly and could have cared less about assisting me in correcting it. Took my daughter her after a surgery. We tried the ER two days prior and needless to say it was a nightmare and after waiting 3 hours, we left. 3 hours I will never get back and a fat bill for nothing. Then....I found Fusion Hydration. It was easy to get in right away, and Brian was amazing. He was very tentative about my daughters age as well as her having just had two surgeries in one. Both in the throat so she wasn't eating or drinking and already down 10 lbs in 4 days. We got a Meyers cocktail, best prices ever here. OMG this place was a life saver for me!!! I've been on my death bed with a nasty bug or food poisoning and was looking for some kind of relief! Too much was coming out of my body and not enough hydration going in! I went to two urgent cares which didn't offer iv treatments for dehydration and Kaiser wanted me to go to emergency room cause that's the only place they had that would offer it then I found Fusion hydratio! Let me say this, when you're down bad with a hangover, there is no price you could put on feeling better. Fusion Hydration was an absolute life saver today. I am a person who does not normally get hungover, but when I do it's gnarly. I woke up this morning, head pounding, heart racing, super nauseous... I knew the only way to get through the day would be getting an IV. I live down the street from Fusion Hydration and I drive passed everyday and knew when the day came I had a bad enough hangover, they would be there for me. I called and the receptionist Bethany was so kind and personable and was able to get myself and my friend in within the hour. The nurse Logan was excellent. She's very caring and listened to my concerns before effortlessly getting my IV going. My hangover went from a 9 to a 2 in a matter of minutes. I've been looking for a local hydration room for quite awhile and was becoming discouraged until this one popped up today. I accidentally called the San Clemente office and ended up talking with one of the owners who was very nice. We booked a same day appointment for the O'side office. After my visit, I can't say enough positive things!! The staff is amazing, the products are reasonably priced, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. While I was there, they were wiping down all the loungers making sure everything is clean and ready for new clients which was very reassuring. I was checked on and asked if I needed anything including a blanket or something to drink while the IV was being infused. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Wow what an amazing experience at Fusion Hydration. The newly renovated office is beautiful and luxurious. It's conveniently located right next to the 5 fwy off Mission. There was ample parking and the receptionist made it super easy for me to book an immediate appointment. My issue was post Covid symptoms that were still nagging at my body and tiring me out. Nurse Brian was super knowledgeable about my condition and gave me many good suggestions. I ended up doing the cold and flu IV and within minutes my headache was gone. The chairs you get to lay in while the IV is administered are sooo comfortable. It was just an overall great experience. Positive vibes, clean and welcoming space with a high level of expertise in the medical and holistic fields. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and will definitely be coming back. I am so glad they opened this business in our community that really needs these types of wellness services. I feel like the IV really helped with the brain fog and exhaustion I was experiencing.
