They don't take appointments and it feels like it's really unorganized and not ran very well. The greeter does not feel kind and it's so awkward to walk into a room and be ignored! I hope another company opens up soon over here because this one quite frankly sucks. There are other companies in San Jose that treat you like a queen when you walk in. They also have private rooms AND snacks, AND they take appointments!!!!! ( this place doesn't even answer the phone ) And the owner is so uneducated in marketing she moved her location, but then didn't mention it on the phone's outgoing message. When I called to ask if they were open, they also didn't mention that they had recently moved so when they moved, it took me about 30 minutes to find their new location.
