Rehearsal studios are pretty stock standard these days. You need to bring most of your own equipment, but once you get there you'll find a room large enough to fit your band, a PA, a vending machine, and probably some band of middle-aged men playing hard-rock covers of Top 40 hits.
Hydra is no different.
The sound-proofing isn't the best I've ever encountered, but for a reasonable price my band got 6 hours to make as much noise as we liked without being disturbed by anyone either offering helpful hints or telling us to shut the hell up.
What they lack in wall-thickness, they more than make up for in the coolness and generosity of the staff, the size of the rooms and the offer to help your band find gigs. read more
