They explained that they measure rooms and charge 22 cents per square foot (I think) but they have a $60 minimum fee. They arrived promptly at 5pm, went straight to work and were finished with both rooms in 50 minutes. The carpets look and smell GREAT!! All the stains are gone AND no more pet odors!!! They were professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the service I received!!
