I recently had a slow drain in my home and called a well known plumbing company in our area. It…read morequickly became obvious our septic needed pumping, and shortly thereafter the plumber also reported we needed a new leach field. Knowing leach fields are expensive I felt it prudent to request proposals from several respected contractors in our area. Greg Lopez was one of the contractors I called. The proposals came in from everyone except Greg. He said he would prefer to first excavate to the junction box of the leach field to confirm the leach field actually needed to be replaced. Apparently the plumber may have prematurely diagnosed the death of our leach field. I'm sure some of you reading this will think it foolish to request several proposals, and then allow the one contractor who had yet to give me a proposal, begin work. But what Greg was saying made sense, and my husband and I instinctively trusted him. Within minutes of the excavation Greg found the line leading from the septic tank to the leach field was choked with tree roots, and partially collapsed. He quickly replaced the line, installed a new junction box, and tested our existing leach field. The lines were leaching beautifully! We did not need a new leach field after all. Greg saved us thousands of dollars and I think he was as happy about that as we were. Greg is a knowledgeable, honest contractor, and if you're ever looking for a contractor to help you with your project, you would be wise to make Greg your first call.

During the planning stages, Heladio made several suggestions that made both finished projects safer, more esthetically pleasing, and a more efficient use of space. The project started on time and was finished when they promised it would be. Their workmanship was beyond compare. Friends who have poured concrete in their younger days were very impressed with their work. Heladio and the entire crew were polite, helpful, and professional. They cleaned up the entire area at the end of every day and they were very quiet, even on pour day!
