They demolished the…read moreformer building and built a brand new Walgreens, and its great (and much, much better than either the Rite Aid or CVS in Hyde Park, both of which are horrible!). Spacious, organized, and filled with everything you'd ever be looking for from Walgreens. Lots of parking, amazing photo area, and above all, fabulous associates. The manager here took a special interest in correcting a mistake with the address of this store on Walgreens' website, that I had asked about. It was extremely professional customer service for this issue to be resolved, and then for her to personally call me regarding the issue. They take customer service very seriously here and I greatly appreciate that. Clearance tags are consistently present in this store and in general the deals from the weekly ad (every week) are awesome. In general, Walgreens in cheaper than either CVS or Rite Aid, so it's really the best option. And for the record, the photo center here is amazing. I've made lots of photo books and printed photos from here in the past and every single time I have received outstanding service and clear, perfect photos. No complaints whatsoever. Highly suggested for the best of the trilogy of pharmacies in Hyde Park. 5 stars.

I like this store because they always have a good stock of items, such as stuffies! Why I am giving a two star is because this store has bad management, store & pharmacy. There's many employees here & never seems to really ever be short staffed compared to other locations but they never want to attend to customers. It could be not busy at all & your Rx will still take an hour or be forgetten completely, just for something that needs a label to be stuck onto a container lol. Service is nonexistent here unfortunately. On the bright side, they do keep the shelves stocked & quite organized. It's located in the Truman Hwy Plaza, where you can find Stop & Shop for groceries and a liquor store to make a quick run for some booze. They also have EV chargers (Shell ReCharge) in this plaza, as well! They're currently free, courtesy of Shell, with a limit of 1 hr charge/session @9.6kW, ~32mi/hr.

We went in because my husband's doctor had ordered him a cane a special pain for him. We went in to pick it up, thinking it was approved however it was not approved because he apparently gotten crutches within the last five years and then he makes an ineligible for a pain, even though you graduate from crutches to a pain. So in the end, I spoke with the young girl that worked there, she was very, very nice in that department and she said well if you bring came back to me, I can fit and fit him for the cups are on the bottom we were missing one of the cups for like a few months we couldn't find the right size so I got right in the car so she said can you bring it into me so I brought it right in she took it next-door to her shop or whatever and she was able to fit the bottoms with new new caps and only cost me like $6.50 which was wonderful so now the husband walks nice and straight and he's not falling over because he's missing part of his cane. But this store is definitely your local pharmacy type of place. It definitely is there for the customer. OK the customer service I believe it was an 11 pay typically I can get customer service as zero but this place that day was definitely 110% out of this world I will go back there for anything else I needed. They really make you feel special they make you feel like your business is what they need to happen like you are the only customer but You know you're not but they make you feel that special. I really think that that in itself would bring more people in.

Very frustrating experience with Sullivan's Pharmacy Medical Supplies…read more I called about a week ago and was told my nebulizer prescription was ready. When I arrived, Jackie told me the prescription was missing a signature and my demographic information, so I had to contact my doctor. My doctor resent it, but Jackie refused to check for it, saying it needed time to process and that my doctor couldn't have sent it that quickly. About 45 minutes later, she finally checked and found that it had actually been sent about 30 minutes earlier. This was a significant amount of unnecessary waiting. After that, she said she couldn't provide the equipment because my insurance information hadn't been sent. She never initially mentioned that I could pay out of pocket; I had to ask if that was an option. Once I did, she repeatedly called her manager, Jason, to figure out how to process the sale. I was there from approximately 12:00-2:45 PM for something I had already been told was ready. During the process, Jackie also made comments about being irritated with Jason, her manager, and discussed his recent suspension for drinking on the job, which I found completely inappropriate and unnecessary to hear as a customer. After finally receiving my equipment, I asked for a supervisor's direct number and Jackie refused, telling me to call the main number and ask for a manager instead. I understand that medical equipment can require additional paperwork and processing, but the poor communication, unnecessary delays, and overall handling of the situation made this an extremely frustrating experience.

I had just been…read moredining at a restaurant within the same strip mall and I needed to pick up a few things so I figured I would stop in here at this Walgreens seeing I was right there. This is an average size location and there is plenty of parking in the huge parking lot outside of the store. On the day that I was here the stock on the shelves was very limited and it seemed that they were out of a lot of items. However I did see a lot of totes scattered around the store which tells me a shipment had just come in and they were likely in the process of restocking their shelves. I was able to find one out of the three products that I had wanted to purchase so decided just to get that one item and call it a day. The clerk who was running the register area didn't seem all that friendly (no smile or greeting as I approached the register) but they did handle my transaction fast and efficiently.

I have never had an issue here. Only thing is, they seem to never have stock of items but I think that is possibly due to theft which is unfortunate. Employees are nice here and always willing to help find whatever you're looking for. This Walgreens also has a drive thru for their pharmacy. Super clutch if you don't want to go inside and wait in the line. The line to pick up prescriptions does form quick and may wait for a while since pharmacy staff is a bit short staffed.
