The worst experience ever! It appears no one knows how to program keys. Almost an hr still can't get to my room.

We stayed here while in town for a concert at BOK. it was perfect for what we needed. We parked at check-in and never needed the car. Everything is in walking distance. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. Parking was great for downtown. Self park is $8/day and the garage is attached to the hotel. Negatives: we had to ask twice to have our room cleaned. The pool was really disappointing. I wouldn't say it was dirty, just unkept. For what we paid, it exceeded our expectations. read more

My first time in Tulsa ever, and I stayed here for Thanksgiving. The reason I chose this place was mostly because they are pet friendly. And I thought downtown sounded nice. Check-in was easy and Re' was super nice! She and Jessica were the only ones that I interacted with from the front that were memorable because of how nice they were. My room was clean upon entry. I notice that there is a little balcony that is no longer available for use. So unfortunately it is sealed. However, I found that several wasps and ladybugs found their way through and harassed me. Not cool, I am no friend of bugs. Secondly, I checked in late weds night and housekeeping just didn't clean my room until I called about it. I had to call and ask for washcloths twice. That's annoying. But, they were quick to have them delivered. The view was pretty nice and overlooked a courtyard and the lights from the performing arts center were cool. The elevators are quick and up don't have to wait long for one. Parking on the street is easy to find but you have to move by 8am the next morning or you'll have a ticket. Self parking is $8 a night which is frustrating that hotels do that. Valet is $20. WiFi was free and pretty fast. Also, if you need to wash laundry like I did, there is ONE washer and ONE dryer on the 3rd floor near the pool. I definitely think for a hotel this size they should have a few more. And newer ones. There were like 5 people waiting for one washer. Side note: when I saw that there was an indoor and outdoor pool, I thought they were separate. There is a wall that separates them but I'm not sure if the temperature would be different. It looks like one big pool with a wall above it. Heads up. The gym is pretty nice and 24 hours. I hated that I was starving and nothing was open and nothing in the area delivers. Overall I would stay here again if I had to. read more

The Tulsa Hyatt isn't the hippest hotel in town. It's not the newest or fanciest. But of the hotels that I have stayed at in Tulsa, this is the one that I prefer. The staff is always kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are also pretty spacious! I love the floor to ceiling windows in the rooms. The location can't be beat. You are in the heart of downtown and can walk to just about anything you could want. The hotel lobby is great for getting some work done with plenty of outlets or perfect for watching the game on their giant TV screens. I love the coffee shop in the hotel, the bar makes a good cocktail, and one of these visits I'm going to give the spa a try! Self parking is extremely reasonably priced at $8/night and it's easily accessible from the hotel. Love the free wifi and HBO. read more

Not too bad for a weekend stay. One complaint is that we were notified that we had access to their executive lounge where they have drinks and snacks. They neglected to tell us that it is only Monday through Friday and they stop serving food at 1200 Friday afternoon and check-in was at 1500 (3:00 p.m.). read more

I stayed at the Hyatt for a night during a recent visit to Tulsa. It was one of the cheaper hotels downtown and didn't look so bad. I'm sooo glad I made this decision. It's close to everything, is cheap, has a fantastic lobby, a great local coffee shop int he lobby and the rooms are fairly nice. Also, the rooms are a perfect size. It doesn't have the wow factor you get staying at a boutique hotel like The Mayo which was 350-400 a night the same weekend, but it's legit. For the price, t's an unbeatable deal. I paid 89 a night, and judging from the other reviews that was on the high end! Must have been a busy weekend. Next time I'm in Tulsa I won't hesitate using the same hotel. I'll be back, Hyatt. read more

I stayed here for a week for a work conference and had an overall good experience. $8 overnight self parking located next to the hotel, stalls were a little difficult to find during the day but it was still reasonable. The hotel is in a good location in relation to the downtown/Bradley Arts area, and is located next to the Performing Arts Center. It's walkable if you are concerned about walking distance and there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel. There is a nail salon, restaurant called the Daily Grill, and coffee spot called Topeca Coffee in the hotel. The lobby offers different seating options. If you want to venture out to grab something to eat, Mod's Coffee and Crepes, Elote, Atlas Grill are all very close and other restaurants are not very far away either. Employees were very nice, though I found that people in Tulsa were generally overly friendly people. Rooms were spacious enough, not many drawers. There was a medium refrigerator in the room. Sheets and beds were comfortable. Shower and bathroom products were lackluster, I hope Hyatt partners with a different brand like Aveda instead. It was a decent place to host a conference logistically. The ballroom and meeting rooms were decently air conditioned, layout was typical, service was excellent, and the breakfast/lunch catering was okay. Actually, the catering was better than others I have had but the food selection was a bit strange. For example, the tortilla bar had hummus, asparagus, mushrooms, carrots, and salsa (along with a few other things) but it was a weird mix. read more

No maid service - really, Hyatt? This is a first, a badge of shame. Absolutely no maid service despite several requests. They refused to clean the room, provide fresh towels, etc. No explanation. I was in Charleston, South Carolina during the recent floods when the entire city was in an actual state of emergency after 12" of rain in a single day. Roads surrounding the city were closed, which meant my hotel was on a skeleton crew since employees could not get to work. But all rooms were cleaned. Whatever issue this hotel may be experiencing, deal with it. You're charging fancy hotel rates, you're not a youth hostel. If I were the manager of a hotel and guests were asking for their room to be cleaned, I would do it myself if need be. read more

Two stars based on the experience in relation to the price point. It was not uncomfortable or dirty. We reserved our room months and months in advance, but still got the worst room on the floor by the elevators and with the beaning right out side our room. Bar closed before midnight after the Justin Timberlake concert. Dozens of people wanted in but they wouldn't open the doors. Room was OK. You can tell it is an older hotel that keeps getting remodeled over and over. Nothing special at all. Small bathroom. Bad service in the bar around 4pm on a Thursday. Really frustrating. Just halfway crappy attitudes, like we were there for them instead of the other way around. The good parts: Fast elevators Good hummus in the bar/restaurant. Easy check in. read more

We got a good weekend deal on Hotwire. Unfortunately the reservation was not on file when we were checking in. Good thing I had the confirmation email in my phone. That got us a room. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. Quick room service delivery and friendly valet parking staff. I would rate this place as a bit tired but clean and adequate for a short stay. The bathroom towels were right out of a Motel 6. So if you are expecting a wonderful, lush towell, forget about it! The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for our first trip to Tulsa. It is right in the middle of everything so we were able to do our own walking tours. Bottom line it we would stay here again. read more

My review originally was going to be a negative one. But, because the manager at the hotel corrected the errors that were made, I am giving this hotel a rave review. Also, I will stay at this hotel again upon a return trip to Tulsa. Receiving a letter from the manager under my door when I woke, changed my thoughts and the reason for this review. This hotel focuses on customer service unlike many I have stayed at. Their concerns over my satisfaction from the time I parked my car, until I checked out was top notch. The rooms are clean, spacious and I really enjoy the comfort of the bed. I slept so well. The location is perfect for walking to the BOK center. Thank you Hyatt for taking great care of us. Thank you Kyle (front desk) for the follow through. Very professional. read more

Nice big hotel. I stayed on the 14th floor. I called for shuttle at the airport and they picked me up with 15min. Shuttles begin running at 4am to the airport which is perfect. The room was big, while the bathroom was not huge. King bed was comfy, but the sheets where thin and the comforter was thin too. Nice selection of pillows. I like to buy food and keep it in the fridge, this one was okay, not deep enough for a normal sized to-go box, which was a drawback. The sofa chair was nice, and the desk was a good sized with a decent desk chair. No wired internet which I prefer. Good A/C. Room service delivery was prompt +/- 10 min. The in-hotel restaurant was not really good, and way overpriced. Skip it. Okay morning delivered breakfast. One 'gift shop' which doubled as the convenience store, which was quite lacking. Nice big lobby area, and tons of meeting/conference rooms. All in all it was okay. it feels a bit dated, and I would like to see an alternate restaurant option. Staff was very nice, and while the meeting areas got full during the day, the noise level was never audible. Outdoor swimming pool, and lounge chairs too. read more

Overall the hotel experience was nice. However, I noticed the first night that I did not have clean sheets and there was a stains on the sheets I was highly displeased. I travel a lot for work and wanted to give Hyatt a chance again; however, I think I will be going back to other hotel chains after this visit because cleanliness is of high importance to me! read more

Hyatt Regency - Hotels Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Although the rooms were comfortable (just old and not particularly updated) and people were nice, the breakfast offered was terrible. The pastries were moldy and when discussed with waiter, he nor anyone seemed too concerned. read more

Hotel is aging and noisy The reservation and cancellation system is awful. Getting shuttled to a computerized voice with no ability to ask questions outside the box is frustrating. The front desk, if they answer, refers you back to reservation system with no help! Parking garage is dark and stalls are difficult to pull into. There is no designated hotel parking in the garage so you frequently have to drive around the garage several times looking for space. There is some sort of construction noise that is loud and very annoying during the day. If you get a room by elevator, you hear it all night! The Daily Grill has the most delicious bread and very good service! read more

We stayed here for the Oktoberfest free shuttle to and from the hotel, which is a really great idea in theory as a way to avoid any drunk drivers. When we arrived, one of the employees pointed us to the kiosk to check in instead of using the front desk (which looked swamped). The kiosk worked well and we were checked in. Room was nice, but the TV was not in HD, which was a downer. The view of the park next door was fantastic though. Getting a hold of anyone at the hotel seemed to be a big problem While at the Oktoberfest, the shuttle company was completely unorganized, and lots of people trying to leave at the end had no idea which line was for which bus and where the the buses where actually going. Complete chaos. We tried to call the hotel, but could not get a hold of anyone at all. Fortunately, made it back to the hotel after about an hour wait. Trying to get a cab the next morning was impossible. Again, no one answered at the bellhop/valet station or the front desk, even after calling multiple times. When I when down to the front desk, they did hand me a card of a local company, who neglected to take my name and picked up someone else. When I called the company back, they said it would take 30 min to pick me up. I had to call around another 3 places before getting a cabbie to pick me up. In the evening, there seemed to be a lot of events going on, which is understandable. But the noise was very bothersome. I listened to several people's loud conversation in the room next door as the insulation in the room was pretty weak. I might as well had been standing in the midst of their argument. Again, could not reach the front desk to ask for security to come up and clear out the hallway. While I will give hotel good marks for the nice lobby, on site coffee shop, and good location downtown, I can't get past the horrible customer service. I would rather take my money elsewhere the next time I travel to Tulsa. read more

Everybody was super friendly and this is one of those 3.5 star reviews that I have to round down because I simply expect more from a Hyatt regency. The biggest reason I booked the room I did was regency club access and king bed availability. I found the room to be dated and the breakfast (in the regency club) resembled a Hampton inn. This was on the 15th floor, regency club level. Staff 5 stars, A++, everyone from the front desk to the bar staff to the maintenance people in the hall to the regency club attendant. but the hotel itself needs a remodel or my expectations of a Hyatt regency in the southern/central region of the country are just too high. Would consider staying here again, but i wouldn't go out of my way. The restaurant's burger was fantastic, another nice surprise! Might try the hard Rock hotel next time, was a bit cheaper or the actual hampton inn located in nearby Owasso. I would also love to complement the location but when I arrived at 10:30pm, everything downtown was closed.... Guess I'm just a hotel snob. read more

What a beautiful hotel! I was only in town for one night and chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the venue I was going to. So close that I was able to walk to where I was going. It is also very close to the BOK Center. The room was awesome, the staff friendly and the food at the grill was excellent. read more

This hotel I beautiful. The staff is great and the rooms are clean. Highly recommend!

For the price we got for a one night stay, outstanding, great location, close to the Bradley art district, staff was great and courteous.

The Good: Location. Topeca coffee shop located in hotel is tasty. Walking distance to many downtown locations. (Elote, Mod Crepes, Dwelling Spaces etc..) Bed Is fairly comfortable The price is often right Portico massage soap bar (personal favorite) The Bad: I could be satisfied with a good rate here except I've stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown for a similar rate and it has way more personality, I wish it had a Topeca Coffee but I would still choose it over Hyatt. If you have a champagne budget: Obviously you should have your assistant book you a room at the Mayo. Perhaps I will stay there sometime rather than just enjoying the grand splendor of its lobby. read more

Got here late and the front desk lady was still super polite. Rolled in at 1230 and service was good. Checked in quickly and crashed. Parking was easy and only $8 for the night. Got a deal on priceline for the room. Definitely a good price for the night. Beds were comphy. Pillows were nice. Starbucks Coffee in the room. Bar was still open last night. Pokémon people all over the place. I can't believe I just added that to a review. read more

A Hyatt?! I have stayed in better kept Homewood Suites. From the doorman whom I couldn't tell if he was homeless at first to the bathroom in disrepair and traffic noise even on the 14th floor, this place SUCKS. Good thing it is only for one night on a road trip... Amended to one star from two fir these reasons: 1. At 5:45 am we awoke to a loss knocking and somebody yelling "security, open up....." he claimed in his booming voice nobody was supposed to be in our room....a room the hotel's convenience check in system had issued us and which was confirmed upon arrival. We.stumbled, exhausted, to the door and produced our receipt showing our room assignment to the uniformed Hyatt security officer. this stay comes in the middle not two ten hour travel days and we didn't get to bed until after our 11:30 arrival, so this is ridiculous. 2. the front desk manager claims all of the mattresses were replaced in January, but this bed sags bin the middle, creaks every move you make on it, and has caused my husband and I to wake up in excruciatingly bad back and hip pain. it isn't a case of a mattress we don't like....it is a bed in extreme disrepair that nobody should have been made to sleep on. read more

This is my regular hotel when I come to Tulsa for business. I've stayed many times, and often for a week or more when I'm there. I keep coming back for several reasons. The rooms are well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. The rooms are always very clean. A good television and a desk suitable for performing work. The bathroom is pretty small, but is adequate, and again, very clean. It has nice common areas for meeting with guests or business associates. The restaurant downstairs (Daily Grill) is good for a hotel restaurant, and the prices there are quite reasonable too. The bar in the Daily Grill doesn't have the "whip ass" feeling most hotel bars have, and the servers are excellent. I like the location because it is easy walking distance to the Blue Dome area, and not too bad a walk to the Brady Area. The main reason I stay there is the staff. Always friendly, always accommodating, happy to do whatever you need. I asked for a late checkout (3:00 p.m. ..pretty darned late) ... no problem. I need a tube of toothpaste sent up...it's there in five minutes. These folks go out of their way to be helpful. It's a pretty good home away from home. read more

I stayed here one night recently for a conference, and I was pleased. The room was lovely and comfortable, the conference facilities were typical, and the support staffers were knowledgeable and personable, and downtown Tulsa was accessible and enjoyable. I would stay here again. The reception is on the second floor, and it is a little hard to tell where the self-check-in is and where the clerks will be, but when we approached the little individual desks, a woman emerged from behind the wall to check us in. My bag arrived in my room within 15 minutes of valet parking, and the room was very well appointed and a good size. The Internet is not free, which is irritating. The 3G reception in the conference areas on the first floor is NOT good... all our phones were spinning and spinning to load content and send messages. For dinner, we walked just a couple of blocks to a lovely restaurant district, where we chose a sushi place. The walk was very pleasant. I didn't eat in the restaurant or have a drink in the bar, so I don't know how that food was. The conference food was good, a little above typical, with lots of fresh fruit and fresh croissants. I honestly don't remember what was for lunch. :( I remember eating it, but I cannot remember what it was. I checked my bags with the valet service after check out while I was giving my presentation, and of course, I had to get back into them beforehand to get some items I'd forgotten. The staffers were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. read more

My sister stayed here for a concert at the BOK since their original reservation at Aloft was moved due to a/c issues. Getting into the parking lot was a hassle. Self park was $12/day, valet is $20. Room wasn't ready at the already late check in at 4pm and they couldn't say when it would be ready (90 min late). Several people were in the same situation waiting for a room that wasn't ready on time. It's convenient to the BOK, was decent, but all in all it was a hassle. Don't bother emailing management anything, they haven't bothered to respond. read more

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The problem I had with this hotel was the lack of sleep I got I was up all night with pounding sounds of elevators coming down on the wall right next to my head. There was also the ice machine outside my room along with staffs storage quarters... every few minutes I was woken up by some kind of noise and it was nonstop throughout the night I did not get a solid 20 minutes. I travel often with work and it was hands-down the worst experience. When I mentioned it to the front desk with a phone call the gal that answered the phone and confirmed that I was not the first person who has complained about that room. Why would you put someone in that room if you knew that there was no chance of rest & there was going to be loud noises pounding all night long. I was only staying at the hotel for sleep as I drove in from work event in Arkansas and didn't even get to my room till past 3am. I feel like the whole experience was a waste of money and pointless, I could have gotten just as much rest sitting at the airport. When I made the 2nd complaint at checking out the front gal just said yeah that's too bad then looked away and continued with something else. read more

Good hotel in the up and coming Blue Dome area of Tulsa. The rooms do need to be updated (I read this is soon to be in process), but it was overall very clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly! The gym was actually pretty good. I do wish they had a hot tub. That would be awesome. I was there for a work training with ACOSTA. I definitely hope we can stay here again when we come back! read more

Based on my experience walking off the street with no reservations, and getting a regular room, you get a solid value in a choice location. You have the option of valet parking or free parking a mere few blocks away. Staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Our room was clean and well appointed. It's comfortable; arguably, you get more than what you pay for. The proximity to downtown's main attractions might be matched, but not exceeded. Walk out the door, and you have many options within a few blocks. From the reviews, you'll see you can't please all the people all the time. My experience was that every staff member was pleasant and accommodating. Maybe other guests had different experiences and legitimate gripes. You can't discount impossible-to-please personality types who love nothing better than griping about anything and everything. read more

This is our favorite hotel in downtown Tulsa!! The lobby is huge and inviting they have a restaurant, and bar open late with great staff! The beds are super comfy and offer a nice size bath tub. Stayed there a few nights ago for an overnight with my wife while grandma watched the kid. Since we had lived in Tulsa before, we looked at all the hotels downtown and ended up picking the Hyatt for walking convenience (even though I'm more of a Hilton/Marriott fan). Since we didn't typically stay at Hyatts either, I booked through Hotels.com to get the loyalty points there. Unfortunately when we checked in, the guy behind the counter informed us that 3rd-party reservations couldn't be honored so he shoved us in a room with 2 double-beds even though we reserved a room with a single king-size bed. (It didn't help that he was almost surly towards us until he realized he had bad news to deliver.) I made it quite clear I was upset, but he made no effort to make up the difference to us; and we were meeting people so we didn't have time to go look for a room somewhere else. Needless to say, sleeping that night was not that comfortable. On the positive side, the hotel had a nice décor and seemed in good repair. And their parking garage wasn't too badly priced for a downtown area. But style wasn't enough to offset the negative attitude of the front desk and the poor experience all around, so I'll be striking all Hyatts off my list due to this experience. read more

Former chain hotel of many different incarnations (Westin, Adam's Mark, et al.) that has recently been taken on by Hyatt. They have done a very nice job with the common areas and the gym is very clean and well maintained. Stayed on the club floor which is well worth the up charge. Walls are a little thin so I recommend a room FAR from the elevators. Location is quite convenient with multiple points of interest within walking distance. (not a given in Tulsa) Self park is 8 dollars with in and out and they encode your room key so that you don't have to keep track of the tickets. All in all a solid choice. read more

I've stayed in Hyatt's before. They're okay. Usually getting a snooty front desk clerk who doesn't care about you or you getting a room. This one was different. I made a last second booking, they accommodated me right away despite high occupancy and a flight had been cancelled, so lots of pilots and flight attendants were getting ready to stay there tonight as well. They originally booked me for a 2 bed, but I asked for the switch to the solo mattress and they did it, again with high occupancy. $8 park wasn't bad, as I walked everywhere. More on that later. Usually at Hyatt's, it's not complimentary Wi-Fi. I've spent anywhere from $5-10 paying for the Wi-Fi, which as I work on my laptop, it's an expected and always paid expense. However, they hooked me up and gave me some key that allowed me free access all weekend. It was awesome! I ate at the Daily Grill both evenings I was there, delicious food. I ate about midnight both nights. They had a nice selection. It was very delicious and I didn't have to travel or order out and the bartenders were good entertainment when they were just really busy. Hotel was clean. Maids quick, in and out. Free paper, that was cool. I enjoyed the fact I was within walking distance of many bars and stuff in the Blue Dome District. I walked over to White Flag and watched the World Cup. I was able to walk from my hotel to the BOK Center, where I was working that day covering the WNBA. Later that evening, I was able to walk to One OK Field, the baseball field for a night of America's past time. The starbucks coffee in your room in the morning was a nice touch. My only complaint is I checked out after 12 p.m. on that Sunday, with permission from the front desk, as my last assignment wasn't until 4 p.m., I tried to kill as much time that day. However, I was forced to pay another $8 to park. I'm not one to really gripe about prices, but I felt that was a little ridiculous. I paid it, but wasn't happy with that aspect. I honestly had one issue and it didn't even remotely affect how well my weekend was there. I would stay there again and pay $20 to park if it meant getting this experience again. I was a bit spoiled by all of it, to be honest. read more
