Dirty towel left in my shower of a room I barely checked into. Bring lots of Lysol!!!

Never would I recommend a hotel that doesn't have cleanliness standards or check and balances for housekeeping staff. And please don't say the room was missed on the supervisor checks. Poor excuse. Barely unpacked and go inspect my bathroom and find a dirty towel left in the shower! What does that tell you? Super disgusting.

Nice view. 15th floor!

Ugh. Wanted to give this place a better rating. People at check in were soooo nice!! BUT the room was so loud! Can't sleep without AC here as it's summer and it's HOT so had to sleep with AC and it's super loud!! Didn't sleep and tossed and turned every time AC clicked on. Positives/ great location and our room had nice view! Parking was easy and plentiful. We self parked. Loved the snacks/water/coffee/soda in the Regency Club 14 and 15th floors only. Also nice to get away and have a quiet space.

I had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Tulsa. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Those are probably my two largest priorities when I am traveling. Also, having the Daily Grill restaurant downstairs for both breakfast and dinner, was very convenient. On some exhausting travel days, J do not want to go out hunting for nearby restaurants! Staff at the front desk were well informed and helpful.

Mold around the tub

I normally like the Regency brand. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed here. It's a very good location. Within walking distance of many good bars and restaurants. The hotel looks nice and shows well. The second floor registration and reception is a little odd though. The room looked nice also was very functional, and looked clean. Where the disappointment comes in is in the bathroom. I was pretty shocked to see mold and mildew around the tub and fixtures. It looks like they re-caulked some areas, as if trying to hide some of that mold; but then you see other areas and it doesn't look like they gave a crap. They just caulked right over the mold leaving a thin layer such that you can clearly see the mold underneath. Disgusting!!

Found this laying in the half broken and rusty shower tray

Place is a dump. Traveled to Tulsa for work, stayed one night. 15th floor - popcorn ceilings (classy). Giant 4' patch above bed, probably trying to fix water damage. Tub spout was wobbly. Grab bar in shower was falling apart - flanges coming off and exposed caulking and screws. Toilet seat barely attached, dangerous to sit on. HVAC was LOUD when it came on. And I mean LOUD. Constant slamming of doors up and down the hallway. Cracks in the marble tile in the lobby. Half of the bulbs in my room were missing. I could go on. For $200 a night, I expected a little more luxury. This was 100% on the level with a Motel 6. Staff was pleasant, so no issues there, but man that place needs help. Nothing in the mini fridge, no bottled water. I've stayed in $100 rooms that were exponentially more luxurious. This place is tired and old, and I hope to never step foot in there again.

Booked this hotel for a personal trip and must admit I was nervous after reading the reviews and seeing photos. It is conveniently located, easy garage parking and the hotel is in great shape. The staff was hit and miss, but over all friendly (especially the valet / concierge) . The bathroom is tight, and as typical with all hotels they are using COVID as an excuse not to clean your room daily, while they still charge a full rate. But it's a great property.

The kids enjoy the indoor outdoor pool which also has a nice deck for overlooking downtown, we like to visit on the 4th of July and watch the fireworks!!

This one, though, missed the mark in a few spots. But first, the good... I'll start with the front desk staff, who were always friendly and greeted me upon each arrival and departure. They even mailed some postcards for me, which was really nice. The hotel is also really conveniently located. It was a short drive to almost everywhere I needed to be. In fact, if the weather hadn't been so chilly I could even have easily walked to most downtown places I visited. Now for the "meh"... My room, located on the 7th floor, had a lovely view. Other than that, it was run down and could have used a refresh. Also, housekeeping never showed up after my first night, even though I was gone most of the day. Not really sure what happened there. They did clean it the next day, though. But back to my room: from a lampshade that looked like it had been sat on to strange brown stains on the wall that had me thinking a lot about those true crime podcasts I used to listen to, not to mention the exposed wires in the wall thermostat, it gave 1-star dive hotel in many ways. The walls were pretty thin, too, and I could smell/hear the folks in the room next to me. Luckily, they put away the joints and the music pretty early in the evening, but it still detracted from the overall experience. Parking was also really weird here. The desk clerk had advised I park at the garage next store, which I did on the first night. Folks, this place was CREEPY with a capital CREEP. I especially advise against parking there if you're a solo female. And while my car was ultimately fine, navigating the enclosed stairwell and abandoned office building lobby with no visible exits just to get out of the place was not my vibe. After night one, I just used the outdoor lot next to the hotel. It was only slightly safer feeling, as it was occupied by some semi-shady characters, but at least there were various options to exit without feeling like I was trapped in an amusement park funhouse. On my last trip to Tulsa, I stayed at the nearby Tulsa Club hotel (also a Hilton property), and if/when I return I'll choose that spot again rather than the Hampton.

All you could want and more.. except a more comfortable bed. To be clear, I rarely find a hotel bed comfortable, I am always some level of sore the next day after a bad night's sleep, but unfortunately this is night 5 on this road trip, and the 5th hotel bed I've slept in and it is by far the worst for me. If you prefer a medium or softer bed you may be disappointed. If that isn't what you prefer then you'll love your stay here!

If you already have a room key, you can just swipe that to get the barricade to lift. I pressed the call button and the receptionist answered quickly and lifted the barricade so I could get in. Going through the sliding glass doors into the first floor lobby area there is a second set of sliding glass doors that requires the room key or you must push the call button. The receptionist again opened up the doors for me immediately. From there, you will go to the second floor, where the receptionist desk is to check in. Hotel staff is very friendly and offer recommendations if you ask. Complementary breakfast available. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, English muffins, scones etc. My room was clean, had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room. My stay included Friday, the first Friday of the month is the art walk. There was some loud music playing, but it was not too bad and they did not go past 10 PM. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, BOK, museums, etc. because the hotel is in Downtown, you can expect to see a few homeless people wandering around. You may get asked for money if you were out walking about. I was asked twice as I walked across the street to Sisserou's. During my stay, I also noticed the same homeless person hanging around in the garage. My stay was good. I would recommend the hotel.

I asked to switch rooms, and while the front desk initially said there were rooms available, they later said they couldn't help and that the hotel was full. There were also maintenance issues: the safety deposit box was broken, the shower splashed water everywhere due to a poorly designed shower head, and the lighting in the room was inadequate. I needed a desk to work and asked to switch rooms again, but was told no in a way that felt unwelcoming. Overall, not a great experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed there were several sweet ants crawling on the night stand and on the floor to the entry of the bathroom. We went back to reception and they immediately changed our room. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was smaller, but nice. There was a sign up sheet for access to the pool and you had to request staff to let you into the pool area. They also never kept any towels in the pool so you had to walk to the makeshift lobby dripping wet to request a towel. The construction guys accidentally set off the fire alarm at 8am on Saturday. That's one way to wake up. The breakfast area has been moved in to the small gym space while renovating and there's hardly any room. In addition, they did not keep breakfast well stocked and the toaster broke so options were very slim.
