The staff is extremely welcoming here and has been each time I've walking in and out of the lobby. They are speedy and well versed in customer service and go above and beyond the necessary call of satisfaction. The hotel looks more legacy inside than the outside dictates. The lower level entrance is grand with the chandelier and escalator that scales above the fountain and mood lighting. The finishes are contemporary and make a statement. A lady was even asking the staff who the interior designer was and how she could purchases the decor. The rooms were clean, spacious l, smoke free, and had tv that connects to chrome cast. There's a real thermostat in each room that allows one to change the temp as if he were at home. It's centralized as well with convenient walking spots for stores, entertainment, and food. read more

This was one of the worst hotel stays/experiences that I have had in recent years. I travel for work and was in Tulsa for a job. On the second night of a seven night stay at 1am I found a live BED BUG in my room-- ROOM 426. Captured it and called front desk to get a new room. I was given a new room immediately on the opposite side of the building on a floor above ROOM 503--not ideal, but far enough away to get through the night. When I went to speak with the young man at the desk he was rather dismissive, unsympathetic of my BED BUG claim, despite the pictures I showed him. I get it--legally he's not an expert and is not allowed to acknowledge that what I had found was unmistakably a bed bug; however, he proceeded to tell me it looked like a common roach and that it could be "anything." He appeared annoyed that I was even attempting to push back. I kept the bed bug in baggie in my ice bucket to bring to morning staff as I lacked confidence that this employee was taking me seriously. Backing up further--initially, my first room was questionably clean, especially concerning during COVID. Toilet bowl did not look clean, dust caked on air return, etc. little things seemed overlooked snd corners cut--again, it did not instill great confidence on the cleanliness. In the morning I brought the LIVE BED BUG in bag down to day staff. Two women were far more sympathetic but did largely nothing but take my cell phone number to reach back to me later and then gave me a handful of quarters after I asked if there was a high heat drier that I could treat my clothes in. Heard nothing all day--no updates, nothing about whether something was being done about the situation, all the while I'm stressing out about carrying these f*ckers home with me and whether the rash on my arm is bites or something less insidious. I checked in 3-4 times with front desk over next 2 days on status (again of what--I literally brought y'all a live bed bug) what is there to confirm. Finally Casey apologized and upon my asking--directed me to call Hotwire to arrange for some type of room comp bc I booked third party. After waiting on hold and speaking with a hotwire representative, they had to contact the hotel directly (which Casey informed would happen). When the Hotwire rep came back she said there were no definitive findings based on what the hotel reported and they could not refund anything to me. I was livid. Additional Incurred costs to me: Bell hop tip for room relocation Bed bug Repellant spray Sleepless nights Added stress A day from work to clean and launder clothes Supplies to bag up all my luggage Agony of going thru the vigilant process of cleaning it all again at home. I returned to the front desk to speak with Casey at the hotel again, explained the situation, and she gave me manager, Brad Venable's contact. At this point my job had been so delayed because of the rain that I was playing catch up. I was so exhausted with all the back-and-forth and phone calls and extra stress that I did not need to deal with on this trip that I never followed up because I was so annoyed that the onus and responsibility was on me. Manager Brad made one attempt to call me on my room phone. (Which btw didn't work when I first arrived to the second room and had to have it fixed). He said I could call back or ask for him at the desk. Beyond that he made no further attempt to rectify this atrocious experience. Because I received the message late night after working all day I decided to wait. When I did finally asked for him at the front desk on Monday he was not there. Other things about this hotel... in addition to no working phone, the second room had no iron and the fridge froze everything. Try eating your cereal with frozen milk for a week. One occasion I left my room to find a toilet brush and rag laying in hallway--no housekeeping cart in sight. When I mentioned this to hotel operator bc I had to call about needing more toilet paper--she proceeded to argue with me that housekeeping must be working in a room there. No, I know what that looks like. Minor inconveniences included coffee in lobby a couple of the 7 days and parking pass expiring half way thru stay. Not to mention when I arrived the first day and had to park on 2nd level when I went to return to my car to get luggage, the elevator had no 2 button (it was broken), and had to take stairs with luggage. Was an incredibly frustrating, inconvenient, stressful stay with little help from Hyatt staff on top of an already stressful work situation. I will not stay or recommend the Hyatt in the future particularly during COVID and I will be honest and truthful in any and all reviews or questions asked. read more

We have been here all week and I wanted to see how it went. Well five stars all the way. Check in was fast. I was with a group and when I mentioned my name she handed me an envelope! Wow that was fast! Haha. But I did have to give her my gold member #. So all is good in paradise. The room was nice and clean too. New furniture and chairs too. We did get a double double instead of a king but that's ok. It's a room ya know? I went down to the pool to check it out and it was. Wet enjoyable. Just a few people down there during the week. Had a nice talk in the water with another couple that was here for the Chris Stapleton concert. So we were swapping places to eat in town! I'm sure they had a good time. On wed we went downstairs to the daily grill and had the famous pork chop... wow gotta do that if u stay! So tender and huuuuuge! We did rent a car so we went in And out with the parking card they gave us on ck in. It is $8 a day FYI. Guess they use the same garage for the PAC next door so parking is better in eve down below two and three levels. We never had a problem finding a space. The maid service was good. When we needed something it was no problem. The view of the courtyard was beautiful and at night u can see the PAC light up!! Awesome!! read more

A great price for a downtown hotel close to everything I needed. The room was spacious with a great view of the park and the performing arts center from the 5th floor. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and a thermostat that I was able to crank down to a crisp 68 and pull up the sheets, perfect sleeping temperature. I used the free shuttle service twice on my 2 night stay, but the Blue Dome district, Guthrie center and much more was in an easy 4 block area. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip. read more

12/28/19 My wife and I stayed here prior to our flight home. We visited the restaurant downstairs and had excellent service until staff turnover. The night crew was not. Absolutely the worst service we have experienced. The restaurant manager and staff was too busy BS'ing to care of the customers. If you go, I suggest prior to 3pm. Hotel room was nice. Unfortunately there were occupants several rooms down the hall that was having a massive hotel party. Do Not get a room next to the elevator. Extremely loud.. I contacted the from desk and had to move rooms at 12am rather than the security breaking up the party. The staff and security actually went to the room and were laughing with the party host in the hall. The problem was never solved. The staff decided to ignore it rather than take care of the issue. The hotel staff did offer breakfast but We had to depart the hotel next morning very early. read more

Went to take a shower and there were no toiletries and shower head pointed into the room so when I turned it on it flooded the bathroom. When we reported this, the desk didn't seem to care and said we should have called the desk (kind of hard from the shower), and the housecleaning staff said 'okay' when we reported no toiletries. No one apologized or seemed surprised. The room was very noisy; no white noise or bathroom fan, and AC was very loud clicking on and off. Breakfast was decent, bar had no food but fries, and parking was expensive and slow. Not worth the price. read more

I stayed here for two weeks and it was pretty fantastic. The decor is modern and everything is kept clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was nice. I like that it is elevated and you can see over a roof. They have a laundry room that anyone has access to, which can help. Byo quarters and soap. My daughter loved that she could get free slippers and more tea delivered to the room. The little things. The lobby is a great place to relax a bit, but it also spills out onto a small park that is maintained really well. There is also a restaurant and small local coffee house attached. The parking garage is easy to navigate and super convenient. I recommend the garage as the street is not always available. read more

Here for work, have been here often, right now in from of the hotel they are doing construction work and it gets a bit noisy from that. But the gym was a good size and clean, I didn't go in the pool but it looked like fun. The rooms are nice sized rooms, I had 2 double beds. I noticed that my co worker and I had the same issue when we returned from the gym, our rooms were super hot even though it was on 69 so I am not sure if they need to clean the vents and filters in all of the rooms. Just a few blocks from shops and restaurants also, very good location.. All in all I enjoyed it.. read more

OLD, DIRTY & DATED. Stay elsewhere!. Terrible service and I just found dried blood on my comforter and the pillows are all too soft and killing my neck. Looked like someone dyed their hair red in the bathroom and it dye was all over the floor when I checked in. Water had gotten all over the floor (thanks to the worn, old shower curtain) and I had to wipe the floor with a washcloth, which picked up the dye. FedEx lost a package that was extremely important and my vendor had to resend. I saw it was delivered and came back to the hotel from the venue where I was working. I had kept calling to see if the hotel had the package and no one could find it and then once I arrived no one could find the security Director to see if my package was in their office which FedEx said it was. It took them over an hour to FINALLY get me my package. Do you really want to tell a guest you can't locate your head of security? Is that really the only person who can retrieve FedEx packages??? This place is a mess. Total bummer read more

Life on the road is pretty sweet when your client insists that you stay at the downtown Hyatt Regency - Tulsa since it's only a few steps from their corporate offices. Unfortunately this hotel feels dated, and we saw signs of wear & tear on the carpeting and the walls. The good news is that the contractors were starting a major guest room renovation project just as we were leaving to return home, and so I would expect that you'll see a very different look to the hotel over the next month or so. Since we were there for two weeks I was able to score a room on one of the upper Regency Club floors which netted access to the VIP club area on the 15th floor. As a result we had free breakfasts each morning, and a Manager's Special Cocktail Party each evening with heavy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, wine, and beer. The Regency Club also had it's own business center with access to printers and some quiet work areas, and a microwave to re-heat your dinner leftovers! The maid service was a bit spotty early on during my stay, but a few calls to the front desk got the problems rectified quickly. The room had a king bed, flat screen TV with lots of channels, a spacious work area, free WiFi, and a nice selection of high end toiletries that were restocked each day. I also had a mini fridge with free bottles of water, and a coffee service station with coffee and tea selections . For some strange reason the maids felt the need to replace the soap and shampoo in my bathroom each and every day, yet the sheets on my bed were only changed about twice a week. I don't mind re-using towels or sleeping on my own sheets, but the daily replacing of soap and shampoo seemed wasteful. Down on the main lobby level you'll find the Daily Grill restaurant & bar, as well as Topeca Coffee and Tea shop. There's a small gift shop with the bare essentials, but you're better off getting directions to a drug store or grocery store if you really need anything. Also down on the main lobby level is the conference center and ballroom. This area was hopping the entire two weeks with a convention of horse judges. That meant that the hotel was filled with cowboy boots, belt buckles the size of license plates, ten gallon hats, and "purdy li'l ladies" who used wayyyyyyy too much hairspray. That was our daily entertainment in the elevators. All the way down on the lower lobby was the bell stand, and these guys deserve a special note of recognition. Not only did they staff the free shuttle bus to & from the airport, but they also offered free shuttle runs around the downtown area for dinner. The guys were fabulous, and they offered lots of suggestions, and seemed really interested in the various restaurants that we discovered each evening. I'm sure that I'll be back to the downtown Tulsa Hyatt later this year, and look forward to seeing the facelift on the rooms. read more

Upon arriving, the hotel was beautiful. Great lobby and friendly concierge. However... we arrived promptly at the 4p check in time (an already late check in compared to other hotels) to find our rooms not available... along with a large group in the same situation filling up the lobby. They could not tell us whether it would be 15mins or hours!! We were visiting for a concert that evening and had dinner reservations for 5:15p. I, and a handful of other women, had to get ready (after traveling all afternoon) in the lobby restroom?!?, which was thankfully a very nice bathroom. I would expect such a nice hotel close to the BOK center would be equipped to handle even the largest of crowds, as i'm sure that is a common thing. Finally, TWO HOURS later we were notified the rooms were ready. When we got to the front desk to get our keys, there were still people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, being told "they were not sure when it would be ready".. They would have to attend the concert without being given a room and hope it was ready when they returned. There was also a woman traveling with a dog who was going to have to cancel her dinner reservations and possibly miss the concert if they didn't get a room-- I realize this is not the usual, but beware if you are traveling with pets!! I'm glad the grill had good bar service as that afternoon would have been even more stressful ;) read more

First stay at this Hyatt. I live in Tulsa but needed some quiet time to work on my book. Two kids at home can be distracting, so this was a break to crank out 10-20k words. All I needed was semi-quiet, room service, possibly a treadmill and possibly some pool time to relax. I recognize these are strange times so I took the new normal -ness of Covid into consideration while writing this. We recently took a quick trip to San Antonio so I know that adjustments need to be made and expectations reset in today's times with today's pandemic. - I valet parked. Very friendly valet and I'm unfamiliar with self-parking options. Valet masked. - The front desk staff was very friendly. There are barriers set up to ensure social distancing at check-in. Front desk masked. - I arrived to my room and my key didn't work. The attendant in the hall could not let me in so they called up security. I stood in the hall for 15 minutes waiting for security outside my room. I asked the hall attendant if maybe I should just run back down to the front desk and she said, 'I'd hate to think I wasted my time calling security to come up here" so I stayed and waited. - The rooms are nice-sized. The a/c works well. The bathrooms are unsettling - peeling ceilings, the door has yellow splashes of some kind on them, I think cleaning or age or both are the culprits. I may be hyper-sensitive to cleanliness due to Covid. - I called down at 4:45pm for a room service menu. I called back down at 5:45 to check on the menu. I texted via the app and asked as well. After several contacts, I received the menu at 8pm. Since it was late, I skipped dinner and then requested a breakfast menu. I received it at 9:30pm. - I was up all night because there was a couple screaming/arguing from about 9pm until after midnight. Security was called by many several times. Security kept coming up but the couple continued arguing. Dateline-level arguing. Literal screaming and expletives. - The next morning I realized there was no coffee pod in my room so I masked up and hopped in the elevator to get a coffee at the coffee shop - open hours 7am to noon. The coffee shop was not open. In addition, several people got in the elevator and all but one had no mask on. There were signs all over the elevator stating masks were required. I went back up to my room and requested coffee be sent up. It never arrived. - The pool was full with folks and coolers. No seating available. - I tried to call room service - no one ever answered. So I ordered food via an online delivery service. - The hallways are extremely loud on the 12th floor. I'm going to assume that many other floors are closed because this floor is full and LOUD. - Preparing for this morning - checkout day - I called down last night again and asked for coffee packets to be sent up. At 10pm they were received. I love the Hyatt brand - we stay at the one in the MCO airport before every cruise. The service and rooms are typically solid. I also love Tulsa and our downtown. I'm very disappointed in this stay. I wish I had a do-over. I barely wrote while here - loud, difficult to get food/drink, difficult to get a hold of staff. There was an issue with every call and contact - "I don't know why they transferred you here", "I'll see what the reason for the delay is", etc. A wasted, unrestful weekend. Basically I was a low-maintenance guest this weekend - I just needed a room service menu and coffee. At every touchpoint there were hours of delays. I'm disappointed. I volunteer for a local nonprofit that has their annual fundraiser here. The facilities are very nice and the staff is friendly. They were SO helpful when we went in to setup for the event. I really appreciate them going above and beyond the call of duty. At the last minute, we realized we forgot to print something off in color. I started freaking out since the printer in their business center is only black and white. However, when I shared my dilemma with Jenna (assistant front office manager) she swiftly fixed the problem and totally saved the day. You have no idea how much that meant for the event to run smoothly. That is what I call customer service. They were awesome! We will definitely continue to hold our events here. read more

The room had a good view of the theater that lights up at night with different lights across the street. The bed was comfortable. I had a horrible experience at the Hyatt today. I traveled cross country and made a reservation on Priceline. My plan was to grab a quick meal at the daily grill to go and run up to my room after check in. I had to go to work at 7 pm and needed things to function. Sounds normal right? Well when I arrive they tell me that my room isn't available and that they are sending me to the Holiday Inn a half mile away. Then they told me they had tried to call me and email me. This was a lie. I had no calls and no emails.I lost it. So now I cannot get a good meal at the daily grill while i shower and get ready for my 7 pm meeting. I booked this hotel so I didn't have to eat ballpark food. This is a clown operation. This is an unprofessional outfit over there at the Hyatt. I walked a 1/2 mile in 95 degree heat to get to the Holiday Inn. When I got to the Holiday Inn I told them what happened. And that they told me they were telling all the people the same thing at the Hyatt that they tried to call them and that they weren't telling people the truth. I can say I felt the same way...After arguing w Priceline about the situation for 30 Minutes, I got a refund. I wouldn't ever stay at the Hyatt in downtown Tulsa. This used to be a good place for years but obviously they dont know how to treat people. They treated me like I was subhuman. They told Priceline that they overbooked the hotel. I dont believe that either. I felt disrespected by these people. read more

The Tulsa Hyatt Regency is one of the taller buildings in town. And one of the older ones as well. Under normal circumstances I would call it a little out of the ideal location to walk to anywhere downtown. However I was there for Mayfest and it was as ideally situated as it could get. The festival area started literally outside the hotel's doors which made it an easy walk to everywhere. It got even better later that evening when we decided to walk to Hop Jam in the Brady District, a safe and easy walk across the bridge. The hotel is old and smells of air freshener. As true with hotels of its era there is a lot of wasted space - a huge lower lobby that doesn't seem to serve a purpose with an equally large upper lobby that seems to be there for the sole purpose of housing a tiny check-in desk. The staff is pleasant in a big-city sort of way (which Tulsa is not). Our room faced in a west orientation toward the dramatic new Williams Tower II, which because of its angle reflects thousands of city lights. The room was stereotypical of hotels of its type, comfortable but nothing very special. If you see what appear to be balconies in photos of the building, don't get excited. They are about 1' deep and the sliders are sealed shut. Note that parking is free but in an independent lot next door. You are issued a mag card which needs to be swiped for both entry and exist. There are more than one card readers and it is not made clear which one to use Given the choice, if not for the event we were attending, this would not be my choice for value, location or ambience. read more

I stayed here about a week back. It's a beautiful lobby, super friendly staff but my team had a requested an early check in days before which was not granted. Arrived at 12pm and waiting till 4pm to check in. The room are clean & spacious, the bed was also extremely comfortable, yet my room was not made up once during my three day stay. Im not sure if this is a result of my room being at the end of the corridor but my towels were not changed. Other than that honestly no complaints other than the fact the fridge is completely empty, not even a complimentary water bottle. read more

You can walk to different restaurants and bars if you don't want to sit in the hotel bar/restaurant. The customer service (Jenny) that I have encountered has been excellent. My stay at the hotel was absolutely great. The staff was overly nice and courteous. The front desk people were great and helpful. The valet personnel were great and helpful. The bartender in the restaurant saw that I came in late one evening right before closing and he took my order and told me that he would let me hang out and eat even after they closed while he cleaned up. The room was clean and so was the bathroom which is a huge thing to me. I have to give the concierge service major props because when they pulled my car around it showed that I had a possible flat tire. Sure enough I did and they called a local tire shop they had a relationship with which was close by. They shop repaired my tire for free and quick. Not native to Tulsa but it seems like a nice area. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful Room is decorated nicely. Wall color is a nice sage green. Furniture is a dark wood. The location is just down the street from the Blue Dome district. The Blue Dime district has a good selection of bars/ pubs and restaurants. There is even a bowling lounge. These are all within walking distance and it seems like a safe part of town. Yes you will have to spring for parking. If you don't plan on leaving don't get the parking pass at the front desk. Otherwise get the parking pass for 8 bucks. This allows you to come and go as you please. read more

So I'm here for a couple days for business. I checked in and inquired about parking to which I was given a parking pass. Cool. Was a little disappointed when I got to my reserved king-size and found two queens. No big. Flying solo, not worth me trekking back down to ask for the correction. I'm easy. Next morning, I find a bill had been slid under my door with an $8.00 charge for a parking pass. Not included in the room rate, apparently to which I'm a little annoyed. Nothing worse than hidden rates or fees. Makes me feel like I'm dealing with crooks- just tell me- it's only eight bucks. Feeling a bit slighted, I head downstairs to check out and inquire about this fee. The following conversation ensued with the clerk working the early shift- Jarvis. Me: "Good morning. I woke up this morning and found this charge had been slipped under my door. Curious if this is normal or not?" Jarvis: (Looks at it) "Well did you self park?" Me: "Yeah I did but was not informed of any fee. Figure I might be able to get this reversed? There was a mix-up on my room and I figured maybe that could make this go away?" Jarvis: "OK- what was wrong with the room?" Me: "Well, I reserved a single king and got two queens. Thought maybe- I was cool with that, maybe you folks could be cool with me and take care of this fee? Ya know- everyone's cool?" Without another word, he types something on his keyboard, looks up and me and says, "Buh-Bye." A bit confused and feeling like this guy working in HOSPITALITY ought to at least clarify what "Buh-Bye" means, cuz it sounds pretty dismissive. I take a second to process... Me: "Excuse me?" Jarvis: "I got it. Buh-Bye." ASSUMING that "I got it. Buh-Bye" means "I've taken care of the charge, have a great day, sir. Thank you for your business," I turn to walk away- feeling pretty underappreciated for someone who could have spent much less for a comparable room nearby (There are plenty of options, by the way). I turn back to ask his name and thank him for what I felt was pretty mediocre service. In the grand scheme of things, this means very little, but when it comes to service and hospitality, you pay a little more to FEEL like you're appreciated and that you (and your money) are welcome back. However, I FELT like someone was trying to sneak one past me for eight measly bucks and I FELT like I was being dismissed by a teller who may need a reminder that this is his job- to make guests feel welcome and willing to return to sustain the company that writes his checks. Room was clean enough. Rates were okay. Parking costs eight bucks, apparently. It's unfortunate that this was the experience that I will recall the most from my stay. Positive: Greatly priced seeing as how high class of a hotel it is (I don't make a lot of money and being able to be in a nicer hotel than I've ever been was really nice and being able to do that for my fiance as well). We walked in with super comfy clothes on and I was waiting for some odd looks and what not but we didn't get any. The lady at the check in area was really nice and explained everything we needed to know. I was really happy with our room! All the people at the check in desk were nice and polite, except for almost one. When I went down from our room to ask if they had free breakfast, she almost gave me a rude reply but she corrected herself and directed us to what they had in the hotel. Negative: The couple things I'd change is when I booked my room, the website said that it had free breakfast, which was not the case. Which was one of the filters I chose when looking for a hotel. Either all the websites need to be updated or they should have free breakfast. And the other thing that was not mentioned on any website was that there was a $8 parking charge for each night that you're there. We were only there for 2 nights but still, I would have liked to know that before we went and before I booked. Oh and this isn't completely negative but if you need a microwave to reheat food from going and eating out, you have to go ask for one to be brought up to your room. Which I think would have been nice for one to have already been in the room. Be careful driving in Tulsa, they have a lot of one way roads. And if you're a pokemon go player, there's a lot of pokestops and Gyms around. I'd wait to try and play when you're outside and when you're up in your room, because any other area between those places, especially the parking garage messes with your connection. read more

I made reservations a month in advance for one room with a king size bed. I paid for the room. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm. I went to the front desk to check in and lady at the counter told me, "there are no more rooms available with a king size bed". I asked for a discount and they offered free valet. I was very irritated. how can you sell something when it has already been sold? Also, it was not clean. There were smashed French fires in the elevator, cob webs in the corners of the room, and the pillow cases were ripped. this was a very disappointing experience. 0/10 would not recommended. read more

I just stayed here this past weekend my very first time in Tulsa Oklahoma the shuttle people gave great recommendations as far as restaurants and what to see the first thing I want to see was the outsiders house I was put into a handicapped room with no towels but someone brought them up to me The room was clean beds were great but unfortunately my stay became unbearable as there were young boys running up and down the hallways until 2 o'clock in the morning as they were there for some wrestling tournaments and their parents left their children unattended while they partied in the lobby all night I could not get any rest and I had to be up at 5 o'clock other people were complaining about the noise as well we had to call security three times S kids were being very disrespectful to us as we asked them to be quiet they would not listen and when security came up multiple times the parents of Zee's kids were inebriated and started harassing V poor security staff to older gentleman with white hair who were very polite and said that if they continued with a disturbance that they would be escorted off of the property by police and they were being shouted at My friend recorded this on her iPhone I just stood there in shock security was so polite to them and they were yelling and yelling all these people wanted to do was party-I was fine with that I was not fine with the kids running up and down the hallway screaming Front Dess the poor girl kept apologizing and apologizing when it really wasn't even her fault I would definitely stay here again but I will never ever stay here when there's some sort of convention with children it was like a Disney hotel read more

I am glad we paid no attention to the bad reviews posted here. We had a suite on the 9th floor and it was bigger then our first apartment with a beautifully comfortable king bed and living room quarters. Fresh, clean and immaculately furnished with large screen TVs in both rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly and I appreciated the small store in on the lower level. the coffee shop however closed at 12:00 pm which was very inconvenient. The restaurant however was quite nice I Ordered angel haired pasta with chicken and had a dessert too big to finish. I wasn't rushed as I savored it and my earl grey tea. Parking was through a valet and very convenient. I did regret the lack of a microwave but all in all our 4 days there were quite pleasant and we will return. Thank you Hyatt regency read more

Valet near non-existant, we booked 3 rooms they only had us for two. Service since check in has been 6/10 in comparison to the Hyatts in our home state Texas. Room looks clean when ignoring the marks all over the walls & the lazy craftsmanship of the crown molding. Can't open the sliding door to have a smoke. The restaurant looks appeasing, hopefully they will outdo the hotel with their food & better service. read more
