Dirty towel left in my shower of a room I barely checked into. Bring lots of Lysol!!!

Never would I recommend a hotel that doesn't have cleanliness standards or check and balances for housekeeping staff. And please don't say the room was missed on the supervisor checks. Poor excuse. Barely unpacked and go inspect my bathroom and find a dirty towel left in the shower! What does that tell you? Super disgusting.

    Nice view. 15th floor!

Ugh. Wanted to give this place a better rating. People at check in were soooo nice!! BUT the room was so loud! Can't sleep without AC here as it's summer and it's HOT so had to sleep with AC and it's super loud!! Didn't sleep and tossed and turned every time AC clicked on. Positives/ great location and our room had nice view! Parking was easy and plentiful. We self parked. Loved the snacks/water/coffee/soda in the Regency Club 14 and 15th floors only. Also nice to get away and have a quiet space.

I had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Tulsa. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Those are probably my two largest priorities when I am traveling. Also, having the Daily Grill restaurant downstairs for both breakfast and dinner, was very convenient. On some exhausting travel days, J do not want to go out hunting for nearby restaurants! Staff at the front desk were well informed and helpful.

    Mold around the tub

I normally like the Regency brand. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed here. It's a very good location. Within walking distance of many good bars and restaurants. The hotel looks nice and shows well. The second floor registration and reception is a little odd though. The room looked nice also was very functional, and looked clean. Where the disappointment comes in is in the bathroom. I was pretty shocked to see mold and mildew around the tub and fixtures. It looks like they re-caulked some areas, as if trying to hide some of that mold; but then you see other areas and it doesn't look like they gave a crap. They just caulked right over the mold leaving a thin layer such that you can clearly see the mold underneath. Disgusting!!

Place is a dump. Traveled to Tulsa for work, stayed one night. 15th floor - popcorn ceilings (classy). Giant 4' patch above bed, probably trying to fix water damage. Tub spout was wobbly. Grab bar in shower was falling apart - flanges coming off and exposed caulking and screws. Toilet seat barely attached, dangerous to sit on. HVAC was LOUD when it came on. And I mean LOUD. Constant slamming of doors up and down the hallway. Cracks in the marble tile in the lobby. Half of the bulbs in my room were missing. I could go on. For $200 a night, I expected a little more luxury. This was 100% on the level with a Motel 6. Staff was pleasant, so no issues there, but man that place needs help. Nothing in the mini fridge, no bottled water. I've stayed in $100 rooms that were exponentially more luxurious. This place is tired and old, and I hope to never step foot in there again.

Booked this hotel for a personal trip and must admit I was nervous after reading the reviews and seeing photos. It is conveniently located, easy garage parking and the hotel is in great shape. The staff was hit and miss, but over all friendly (especially the valet / concierge) . The bathroom is tight, and as typical with all hotels they are using COVID as an excuse not to clean your room daily, while they still charge a full rate. But it's a great property.

Nice rooms, valet and a decent location which is not far from restaurants and bars. The hotel appeared clean and the checkin counter is in the 2nd floor upon entering from valet. The lady at the front desk could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. I checked in prior to my husband and she failed to check the note on the reservation that I would be arriving first before yelling at me that my last name did not match the one on the reservation. We stayed at 7 different hotels that week (majority Hyatt) and I always checked in first. This is the first negative check in experience I had.

They've completely remodeled the space and made it bright and lively. It's located by Guthrie Green downtown, next to Valkyrie. Its name comes from the fact that they have over 20 plants which serve as natural decoration. They definitely create a fresh and lively vibe. The capacity is 100 people depending on the room setup. They have long tables they can setup family style. The wood slatted folding chairs used for the event weren't the most comfortable/body-inclusive but they're cute. They partner with 21 1/2 Boutique Hotel to provide spouse suites for weddings and full kitchen. Outside catering and alcohol is allowed with a license. Overall, it's a cool space.

As a dancer with no studio, finding affordable practice space is a common challenge. On average,…read moremost studios charge $30-60 an hour for renting a space. This is in addition to the challenge of scheduling times available for use. Fly Loft used to be ridiculously affordable in the past, having a special nonprofit rate of $15 per hour. Recently, they have had to increase their rates to $25 an hour which is still reasonable, but it's getting closer to what other for profit studios charge. I'm not sure what the reasoning behind the increase is but I'm thinking it might be pandemic or staff shortage related. Overall, Fly Loft has been such a life saver! All the staff I've had to deal with (3 different ones) are extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. It's great to have a smooth process for scheduling recurring practices. Mallory is usually the one that is working when we use the space and she's super helpful, whether sharing the wi-fi password or opening the mirror curtains for us. In terms of the space, they have three rehearsal spaces available, all with sprung floors which offer increased support for joints and muscles and reduces fatigue in the legs when leaping/jumping, etc. They each have mirrors on the east wall, acoustic sound bars around the room and a speaker system with plug input. The only thing that varies between the spaces is size. The first space is the biggest one, with capacity for 150 people. The second space has a capacity for 120 people and the third space is the smallest with 80 max occupancy. They also have a conference room for up to 16 guests and other rental options like projectors, screens, tables, etc.

So I say it's "multipurpose in a weird way" because it's a place where people work, but that other people rent out to use too. If it were me working there, I'd probably get distracted by other people coming in to practice different stuff, but I guess it works. And to be fair, I'm sure the building is probably bigger than what I think it is/ what I've seen of it, because I've never really run into any of the office spaces/ Symphony workers before. Or maybe that's just because I've only been during non traditional working hours? I don't know, but long story short, it seemingly hasn't been an issue to have it be used for different purposes. I've been there for different things probably 4 or 5 times. I always think it's nice. When you walk in, there's a front desk, an elevator, and stairs. When you go up the stairs, it's kind of like a hallway that has a few different rooms. On the right side are the offices, which seem fairly small but I haven't actually looked inside, and on the left side are the more rehearsal space type rooms. I think there's only 2 or 3 of them, and I believe they are about the same size? Black dance floors with one wall as a full mirror. That's about it, so it's pretty basic/ simple in the rooms themselves, like most other similar spaces. One of the cool things to me about Fly Loft is that they have a little kitchen that you can (I think?) use. Well, I've never used it myself nor have I seen anyone else use it while I've been there, so maybe it's only for the people who actually work there, but I can't imagine that that's the case. I just think having that is a nice little extra element to have. It's almost kind of comforting to have it there. It makes it feel like a more "official" space too. The only real thing I don't like about Fly Loft is the parking situation. It's downtown (so, enough said!) and they don't really have their own lot, just a few spaces right out front, and even those I don't believe are free most of the time. Main reason for 4 stars instead of 5, though I know it's not really THEIR fault. It also isn't able to hold TONS of people (because other than the rooms it's kind of just a wide-ish hallway) but it's good for what it's good for. Overall a cool, in-the-city type of atmosphere, so I like having rehearsals here... again, I just wish I didn't have to stress about where to park!
