Sometimes they have good sale items and the rewards card pays off every once in a while. I don't use the pharmacy here so I can't comment on that. This one is close to Sams Club and the new Aldi and has ample parking. I admit I find the traffic around that area a bit dicey but that's not Walgreen's fault.

This has occurred multiple times during the last 4-5 years with the same pharmacist, Jo. She is clearly stressed and about to break every time we have had interaction with her. She had a girl in tears who she helping and when our turn in line she "huffed and puffed" in frustration when my husband had to open his notebook to get his scripts out to drop off. I addressed her unpleasant and very unprofessional behavior and she yelled at me! We left and will not do business with CVS any longer. This behavior by Jo has happened and been personally witnessed over and over during the last 4-5 years. She either needs strong corrective action or a vacation. On a positive note the shift supervisor, Jon showed care, compassion and attempted to soften the experience with a fun joke. He doesn't have any overlook of the pharmacist unfortunately.

I figured it was a long shot but with only 5 mins until Hy-vees pharmacy was closing they were able to get the prescription transferred so my son didn't have to go without! I love that they have later pharmacy hours and even though they were busy they made this a priority and showed how great their staff is when it comes to customer service! I had the pleasure of talking to all four of the women that were working in the pharmacy and all of them were very kind. They were even so sweet to my toddler who accompanied me. Staff was able to price match my prescription to save me some money!The pharmacist was knowledgeable and reassuring in regard to all of the questions I had for her. I genuinely wish that this location was closer to my home so I could make it my go-to pharmacy. Thank you Kohll's staff for your kindness!

A white blonde female staff completely ignored me--not once, but THREE times. She brought orders to customers who arrived after me while pretending like I wasn't even there. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I couldn't help but notice that every customer she served ahead of me was white, while I--an Asian customer--was left ignored. Whether intentional or not, her actions made me feel discriminated against and humiliated. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at Target before. This isn't just bad service--it's completely unacceptable. Target, you need to take this seriously. Ignoring customers based on how they look is NOT OKAY. I expect a real explanation and accountability for this disgusting experience. This ruined my day and completely shattered the trust I've always had shopping here.
