We recently visited this ice cream shop and had a mixed experience. First, I'll start with the…read morepositives: the shop itself is very cute, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The owner also came around to check on customers and was incredibly pleasant and friendly, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a few things involving the staff that caught us off guard. While preparing our order, one employee was eating ice cream behind the counter while making customers' desserts. We also observed her repeatedly running her fingers through her hair and then using her hands to crumble a brownie into our ice cream without washing her hands. She also displayed rude and uncalled for behavior with a group of teenage boys that came in before us. It wasn't something we expected to see and it definitely made us uncomfortable. The ice cream itself was good, and the overall concept of the shop is great, but the food handling practices we witnessed took away from the experience. With a little more attention to cleanliness and professionalism from the staff, this could easily be a much higher-rated visit. We wanted to share our honest experience because there are a lot of positive things about this place, but some of the small details regarding food preparation were hard to overlook.

This one is close to Sams Club and the new Aldi and has ample parking. I admit I find the traffic around that area a bit dicey but that's not Walgreen's fault.

I confirmed this with chat on the corporate web page before I went there. (I have all records) Upon arriving at Papillion, the Customer Service representative said there was no such program. I asked to speak to a manager, who said the same. So, I showed the corporate Sam's website, detailing the Senior Discount program. She did not even look, saying "We don't do that here". Once home, I contacted corporate office again via chat. The Chat representative side stepped all my questions, apologized many times and denied what the previous chat staff had detailed.
