I'm extremely upset and disappointed with the service I received at the Target in Papillion, NE tonight around 8:35 PM. I arrived for Drive Up pickup, checked in, and waited. A white blonde female staff completely ignored me--not once, but THREE times. She brought orders to customers who arrived after me while pretending like I wasn't even there. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I couldn't help but notice that every customer she served ahead of me was white, while I--an Asian customer--was left ignored. Whether intentional or not, her actions made me feel discriminated against and humiliated. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at Target before. This isn't just bad service--it's completely unacceptable. Target, you need to take this seriously. Ignoring customers based on how they look is NOT OKAY. I expect a real explanation and accountability for this disgusting experience. This ruined my day and completely shattered the trust I've always had shopping here. read more

This is a giant Super Target in suburbia. It could be in Tulsa or Denver or Peoria and no one would know the difference. That said, it's still Target and full of all the mega-chain's impulsive goodness. Well, except for the Nintendo Amiibo I wanted (I really need to stop buying these things. But: Sonic.). Plus all their video games are security locked to the shelves, forcing you to interact with an employee. Not usually a problem, but I'm always at Target about an hour or so before they close, so the electronics clerk's shift is long over. He/she is probably at home right now admiring their amazing Amiibo collection. Sigh. Target: Great for everything except for video games. read more

It's a wonderful target in the suburban area of Papillion, the customer service is very friendly and the store is always clean. The prices from groceries seem a tad high, but it is Target, why come here to grocery shop? They have a righteous amount of clearance available in the womens section, and a Starbucks. Went in today (Tuesday) to get some classroom supplies. They advertised teacher appreciation when walking in, guess you have to read the fine print. When I checked out I showed my school ID and was told that you have to register online to get the discount. When I asked about my current purchase they said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing that if you didn't do this ahead or for those who are not tech savvy gets penalized. read more

this target is bomb. It's less than a 5 minute drive from my place and it usually carries almost everything that I look for when I'm shopping for target items. I love that it has a market side, a dollar section, and everything in between. When something runs out at another target I'll usually hit up this store just in case they have one here. What's nice about this target is that if you're in a hurry and want to get your shopping done quickly, you can get your dinner and lunch for tomorrow, and your home needs and a new outfit all in one place. The lack of consistency is amazing at target stores in Nebraska!!! Every time I scan prices in the app they're always cheaper than what's advertised. The circle offers are a joke, always having restrictions, or one time use limits. You'd think with all the advanced technology now days they target could get their act together, NOPE!!! I've spoken to managers multiple times, called target support to straighten out the problems with their prices always being off, and nothing is done. This is my favorite target location in the world! This location had the friendliest staff and the best customer service! The only reason I gave it a four out of five it because I've come in here many times and tons of stuff has been out of stock that I needed causing me to have to come back a few days later. Otherwise the store is clean and well kept. The produce and meat sections are incredible and they have the best selection of clothes. They could improve the electronics selection a bit. Underrated. Conveniently located to the La Vista/Papillion area this Target will nine times out of ten fit your bill. It's small compared to some of the others but it has never been a bad thing. As others have mentioned some sections can be slightly underwhelming; auto care, mens clothing and some of the specialty areas like the Deli/Bakery and Starbucks can feel understaffed but its whatever. Speaking of the staff they're always friendly and have a hustle in their step. (this location actually has several special needs employees that do a great job and try their hardest). To be totally honest i don't know why i'm writing a review about this place, it is a Target, you either love it or hate it. They're all generally similar. So i'll end this with a nod to their customer service when i returned a movie to them. I had purchased a Bluray movie from the Target on Dodge, the movie was inside of one of those obnoxious plastic security boxes. Upon opening the item at home i noticed the edges of the movie's packaging were all dented and torn from sliding around inside the security contraption. I took the movie to this Target who had no problem returning the movie for the same one in better condition. The movie had actually been discontinued and they only had two left in the back, and they hunted it down and brought it up to the register for me. read more

I have been coming to this store since it opened......many, many years ago. The store has since lost its sparkle, but it still shines. It is always clean, and there are always employees walking around ready to help me. I would say the prices for the groceries are a little high, even the discounted items seem to be high (if you're trying to sell something at a discount, discount it!) anywho, I generally don't go to target for my groceries. They occasionally do have a good price on things and the selection of household decor and clothing is pretty great. I don't really shop of anything else there but peek my head in other departments from time to time just to see if I am missing out on anything. read more

This is my absolute favorite Super Target in the entire metro area. It's a FULL grocery store, plus all the perks & products a Target normally has to offer. The general vibe of Target is so superior to other stores- even when it means I'm paying a little more than if I were elsewhere (i.e. Walmart), I will always choose Target first as my preferred shopping location. I also use their pharmacy, & it is because of this department that this location only deserves 3 stars. I cannot understand how it possible that they are allowed to close the entire pharmacy for half an hour in the middle of the day to "have lunch." Why can't the employees take turns? I've worked a number of different jobs & never before have I seen a place (aside from a small business) where it is acceptable to close down so everyone can take a break at the same time. It's highly inconvenient & wildly unnecessary. If your website & phone service say that you are open from 9-9, you need to be available to help customers during those hours without exception. read more

I love this target!!! I live near 36th & 370 & would rather drive out of the way to the Target in Papillion, just for the awesome customer service & friendly atmosphere. Every time I go to this Target, the employees are so kind & go above & beyond to make my encounter pleasant. Today, I purchased a toy online for my son for Christmas. I called to see what the policy was for pick up, given the thanksgiving holiday. The representative made a few calls & asked me to head that way, she will make sure it's ready for pick up when I arrived. Sure enough, I was greeted with smiling representatives at the customer service counter, the toy was ready to go! Awesome Job Target! read more

I use this store to grocery shop since the prices are cheaper than other grocery chains in my area. Three years ago, I would have given this Target a 5 star rating. Today, it is down to 3 stars and dropping. The grocery section has declined in recent years. They have stopped carrying certain items that I now have to go to other stores to purchase. For example, they no longer sell Tyson Chicken Nuggets for whatever reason. If you want Tortino pepperoni pizza rolls, you have to spend more to buy the 90 piece bag since Target doesn't sell the 40 piece. In the Deli section, it seems they only sell turkey subs. A simple ham and cheese sub no longer exists. Since most of the employees are teenagers, I never ask them questions because they are clueless. That's not their fault as most of them are working and friendly when they greet you. It's Target's poor training that leaves them dumbfounded at the most simple question. All in all, this store is slowing declining and I will eventually find another place to grocery shop. read more

Do not recommend the understaffed/not-staffed-at-all and ill-managed Target Bakery. My family ordered three, 12-count cupcake cakes from the Papillion Target Bakery. When we arrived to pick them up, no one was at the bakery, and we waited for well over 10 minutes to be helped. Eventually someone emerged, we got the cakes and began to leave when we realized that the cakes were not at all what we ordered. The frosting was all vanilla (we had ordered one with chocolate frosting and two with vanilla). The cakes were not the variety we had ordered but all one flavor. When we went back to the bakery, we again waited, this time for five minutes, until finally one of the employees from the Starbucks came over. We explained that this wasn't even close to what we had ordered and she apologized but, understandably, since she couldn't decorate cakes, she couldn't really do anything. She did give us 9 dollars in coupons which would have been okay except the order was over 40 dollars and the coupons didn't even cover the price of one of the not-even-close-to-what-we-ordered cakes. We were pretty upset about the cakes being totally incorrect, but really what was more frustrating was the fact that there were no employees or managers to discuss the issue with. Clearly, they are uninterested in repeat business and we, of course, are more than happy to oblige them. In the future, we will not be getting cakes from Target. read more

Sasha, in customer service was very nice to help this senior citizen, who was afraid to try downloading photos - ( new computer is not compatible with old printer) .I chose to wait while the process was completed, she assured me it wouldn't take long for 8 photos, I spent an additional $60+ wandering the aisles.
