This has occurred multiple times during the last 4-5 years with the same pharmacist, Jo. She is clearly stressed and about to break every time we have had interaction with her. She had a girl in tears who she helping and when our turn in line she "huffed and puffed" in frustration when my husband had to open his notebook to get his scripts out to drop off. I addressed her unpleasant and very unprofessional behavior and she yelled at me! We left and will not do business with CVS any longer. This behavior by Jo has happened and been personally witnessed over and over during the last 4-5 years. She either needs strong corrective action or a vacation. On a positive note the shift supervisor, Jon showed care, compassion and attempted to soften the experience with a fun joke. He doesn't have any overlook of the pharmacist unfortunately.

They always tell me how good a deal it us, but if I really saved all that money and they didn't make a tidy profit from them, I doubt I'd hear about it. I had the pleasure of talking to all four of the women that were working in the pharmacy and all of them were very kind. They were even so sweet to my toddler who accompanied me. Staff was able to price match my prescription to save me some money!The pharmacist was knowledgeable and reassuring in regard to all of the questions I had for her. A white blonde female staff completely ignored me--not once, but THREE times. She brought orders to customers who arrived after me while pretending like I wasn't even there. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I couldn't help but notice that every customer she served ahead of me was white, while I--an Asian customer--was left ignored. Whether intentional or not, her actions made me feel discriminated against and humiliated. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at Target before. This isn't just bad service--it's completely unacceptable. Target, you need to take this seriously. Ignoring customers based on how they look is NOT OKAY. I expect a real explanation and accountability for this disgusting experience. This ruined my day and completely shattered the trust I've always had shopping here.
