I contacted the office in which I had to speak to the manager and she was speaking to me as if she didnt believe me and told me she was his daughter and kept saying she didnt know what I wanted her to do needless to say I now have to go through a complaint process. Instead I found a new office where they use modern technology (such as a laser for pain-free drilling), customer-oriented scheduling (if you need minor work, it's done on the spot, and all work is done by the dentist himself) and friendly service (no guilt trips about tooth problems; sincere help). While I respect Dr. Roth, I cannot advise people to go here. There are much better alternatives in the area.

The root canal and crown that were done both ended up being bad as well. I just had an Endodontist recommend I get a re-root canal to fix the prior one and I was told that the crown sitting on top has developed a gap with the tooth it was on. I left after my fillings and root canal because I didn't like the Dr. Roth's approach, now I regret ever letting him work on my mouth.

Fortunately, I've only needed basic exams and cleanings most of that time. In fall 2020, I had about a quarter of a molar fall out. It didn't hurt, but I knew it had to be looked at. I was able to get a quick appointment with Dr. Zeng. It was also time for a cleaning. Although the cavity was large, Dr. Zeng was able to fill it and did an excellent job. I continued to have no pain and the filling has worked well. I have complete faith in him as a dentist. It is my clear observation that he is more interested in helping his patients than making money. He has never recommended any questionably unnecessary work nor cosmetic dentistry for me. Because of moving around for my job, I've had about ten dentists in my life. Dr. Zeng is at the top of my list. I highly recommend him and his attractive, immaculate and well-run office.
