While other companies blew me off until their schedule was clear (well into the next week), Mike didn't want me to suffer. He arrived on time, walked me through what he was doing, had the tools and part he needed on hand. Very knowledgeable and polite. Like any good business person, he said my 15 year old unit needed to be replaced, which is true. He did get the AC unit working and I will definitely call him to install a new unit!
