We have had them come out twice in the last month - we have two units and two handlers (two-story house). Nothing can ever be repaired, which I find very suspicious. The tech seems nice, but when we first called to inquire on their service to our upstairs unit, they told us they needed to replace our Goodman A/C unit "with the exact same thing you have" only to come back the next day and find they replaced it with a Tuttokool unit. And the second time the came out (for the other unit), they said the handler and the ac unit BOTH had to be replaced, for $8500. I called to inquire why the replaced the old Goodman brand ac unit with Tuttokool, and they just stated that they ac unit was outdated and the one we had was no longer current with new compressor laws. Plausible, but weird. They didn't see any problem in how the presented the words "replacement", and I probably should have voiced a concern that the replacement would be the exact same brand and look. But, alas - I did not and that's probably on me. I know the house is 20 years old, but - what the chances both break within the same month and now the second unit and handler have to be replaced? Service response time is great, but I am not convinced they are being truthful to all their customers.

We search the internet and found Temples AC and Heating (templesair.com). We called to leave a message figuring it was a holiday and 9 pm at night, but Scott (the owner) answered. He had just got home from a full day of work and said give me your address, I'm on my way over!!! Scott was at our home a few minutes later and accessing the problem. He charged the ac unit with what freon he had left in his truck to cool down our home until he could replace our ac unit. We found out our unit was 16 years old, not younger as indicated by the real estate agent. He ordered a new unit for us and it was here within 3 days! Scott stopped by after work on the July 5th to make sure we were still cool. And then Scott called July 6th to make sure we were still OK and to apologize that the ac unit was delayed, but would be here on July 7th. The morning of July of the 7th they were here bright and early replacing our unit! Scott is the most caring person we have ever met! He treats all his clientele as though they are family!
