I drive over an hour to get look at a spartan mower. Overall the experience was great. They took the time to explain everything to me never felt pressured to buy a bigger model. I felt they were strictly giving the information I needed so that I could make an informed decision. Price was the best I found around. I added a few small upgrades at a super reasonable price. All the staff I met were very polite. The other shoppers that stopped while I was there seemed very happy with their service as well. I never thought I would come back after my purchase just because of the drive but I think I was wrong. This place is definitely a great mom and pop shop that I wish we had in my home town.

After using the bet to search for a repair center, came upon this small, independent shop. I always use "local" when I can and try to stay away from the huge, big box companies. Took this saw to them & within 15 minutes, Len had the saw repaired plus he patiently answered all my questions. When i asked what the charge was, he stated that there would be "no charge" as he also learned about my saw. This would help him should he ever encounter this item/problem again. I have a 2 lawn mowers & 1 snow blower needing repair & this "local" company WILL be getting all my business in the future. I thank the owner for hiring a great staff of people & for running a fantastic company. You have made a lifelong customer !!

Once again I had issues with the performance of my mower. For a mere $400+ again, they dropped off my mower but I immediately had an issue with my blade engagement lever. I called and left a message but never heard from them again. I am now working with SEARS home services. They ordered the necessary parts which were delivered to my home pronto. They're coming to install the parts and my mower will be operable finally, no thanks to Superior. Buyer beware!

I stopped by in May of 2025 to arrange for maintenanc. They were supposed to pick up the mower within a week, but it took them almost three weeks to pick up, they had "forgotten" about it. Okay, mistakes happen. In November 2025, a part fell off the mower and the mower started to clang, not a good sign. I went to Mark's on November 16th and waited 1/2 hour for my turn in line; not a big deal. I specifically told them that I needed to have the mower repaired before I left for Florida; if I waited until May when I got back, the repair time would be too long and the grass would be unmanageable. They said they would try to finish it before I left because they didn't want to store it till May. They then took a $60.00 deposit plus $1.80 charge for credit card usage. It is now December 12, the mower is still sitting in my garage, they never came. I went to their store today and I was told that they don't start lawnmower repairs till spring. If that was the case, why didn't they say it on November 16, when they took my money? I asked them to refund my deposi. They did, but. To the credit card fee. I wish I could charge them an aggregation fee and a time lost fee for my time. I am going to try tofind a different repair shop in the Spring. They lost both my blower and mower maintenance business. I will only go back to them as a last resort under duress. Be careful in your dealings with them.

I started calling in June of 2023 and they promised to be out soon to take care of the settling issues. Dozens of phone calls and emails late and NOTHING has been done, I even contacted the county and still NOTHING. Its going on a year and a half. This is shameful service. These guys are big on promise and zero on action. I would stay clear of this company. Horrible performance.
